Breakfast comes to your door in a picnic basket! Our room wasn't too pricey either, with one queen bed. A walk downhill to Ocean Ave was the sandy area of the ocean and people playing volleyball on the beach. Lovely shops, quaint. We drove south on Route 1 to Pt Lobos and did the 6 mile loop hike where we...

The hubs and I stayed here for the first time just recently. We have a great sized room with mountain views. Ocean view rooms could be booked but the cost of the mountain view room was more in line with the experience we wanted to have, and we knew we'd be walking to the beach every day so didn't need...

We rented Cottage 205 and loved the 1940's feel: modern yet retro kitchen, pine floors, large fireplace, historic feel. The bed was comfortable, the front desk helpful, the town with Bruno's market, restaurants, galleries, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. The breakfast basket complete with daily paper was charming - such a delightful way to start the day....

My husband and I stay in Carmel a couple of times a year and have looked for a reasonably priced option with good views within the little town of Carmel. I think we've finally found a contender! This inn is up on a hill and the walk to and from Ocean Ave is not for everyone but it worked well...

The rooms were enchanting. Loved the decor and our balcony looking out onto the streets of Carmel with a tiny glimpse of the sea. Bed very comfortable, robes provided with some of the rooms Wolfgang Puck coffee provided in the room.and only the best brand of personal amenities provided. The most wonderful and unexpected treat was having the complimentary breakfast...

Lovely room with cute touch of a breakfast basket delivered to your door in the morning. We stayed in the economy room which was great value for money - spacious...

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. We got a great last minute rate by calling the inn directly. Very comfortable room, great view of the Pacific and complimentary breakfast basket! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in room 204, Ocean View Lodge with our dog. Our cottage was great!! Very clean, homey and had more space than staying in a single room for close to same cost. Breakfast basket each morning early was a delight. Even though dogs are permitted in the lodge cottages, you would never know it. Clean smell, bright and cheery...

We are never disappointed with this lovely Inn. The rooms are large, quiet, and well equipped. The staff is always accommodating and very friendly. The small details like a basket with goodies delivered to your door each morning, comfy robes, hot tub, and much more. Love this place!
