Stayed three days for a wedding. Room was rustic but adequate. Restaurant food was excellent. Saloon is comfortable. Wedding venue under the 14th century oak tree was incredible. Wedding reception was excellent

The food was very, very good, the service friendly, we came early, but the restaurant filled very quickly. it seemed like many people there were repeat customers. The ambiance is charming, little old antiques on the walls, country style. There was plenty of outdoor seating which must be very enjoyable in warmer weather. Will come here again.

We came here first on honeymoon in 1999, then again in 2009 and again with our two children last month. This is a unique place for us. Its so vastly different from the uniform corporate global hotel chains and so much better. Its an historic place with accommodation spread across the grounds in tidy neat chalets, We had the Vanderbilt...

Los Laureles Lodge is located in the beautiful hills above Carmel and is a wonderful respite from the tourists and crowds in Carmel and Monterey. The charm and the ambience of the lodge causes you to overlook the dim lighting and some cracks in the walls. While the building could use a little TLC, the service and the owners are...

Sorry to say after 15 years of coming here, it's my last visit. Nostalgic is one thing, but broken locks, doors that don't close and general lack of maintenance is another. I reported that the front door of our room didn't lock and I was told the hotel is old. So is the Coronado, and the doors lock. A general...

This is the second time we've stayed at the Los Laureles Lodge and we will continue to stay here when we come up for the Sea Otter Classic bike race. We love it because it's quiet and quaint...plus it's an easy 15 minute drive to the race venue at Laguna Seca. The restaurant here is also very good!

We have been staying here many years. The service and the quality is always the same. While it is not a five-star Resort, it is still our favorite place to stay when visiting Carmel Valley. The rooms are old style, many done in Knotty Pine. Quaint, charming and old fashioned, but the beds are good. Best of all, the staff...

We spent a quick weekend at Los Laureles for a wedding... really wish it was a longer stay. The rooms and lodge themselves are beautiful and historic, just outside the village itself. You could walk down to the shops and restaurants in the village, but Jack at the front desk recommended an Uber... its a small windy road with no...

We enjoyed a weekend stay at this historic country lodge in the scenic Carmel Valley. It is rustic but very clean and comfortable. The 70s style fixtures add to the charm! We were greeted by Ruth at reception, who is very personable and informative. She also managed the ample breakfast in the cozy lobby. It is a step above what...

Truly enjoyed our stay at this historic inn. Los Laureles offered a great package which included 2 nights at inn, dinner for 2 at their restaurant, dinner for 2 at Wills Fargo and five complimentary wine tastings for 2 @ Heller, Boekenoogen, Parsonage, Bernardus & Joullian.
