The lunch package was a very good deal, which encompasses the park visit (a lot of flowers and interesting gigantic fruits), Golf cart ride (the 30pax kind, not small ones) - not a lot to see on the ride but still good on a hot day), and the lunch (drink+main+cake+mineral water). The Bloom Khaoyai is the worst hotel ever. The hotel does not deserve any star ranking from anyone. I check-in at 1 pm, nobody takes me to the room or even instruct me how to go. So, I have to walk about 2-3 km under the sun to get to the room. Nobody told me that there is a shuttle service (used service once, the driver drive very crazy) or even I can drive my own car and park in front of my room. When I get into the room, I got shocked! So many lizard feces on the floor, curtain, wall, and bed. The bathroom is more than ugly, no water from the shower, and clogged pipe. So, I decided to move the hotel right away. No, apologize and compensate for the hotel team. They only said it's natural.

Just done with this place. I saw a dried up melon, sunburnt sunflower and a couple of other common flowers. It’s hot. The Golf buggy ride is 100 baht - not expensive but a sure waste of time. Do avoid in sept. Literally nothing to see. A small number of boring sheeps.

It was a rather hot May morning. The flowers and shurbs were struggling to keep themselves alive. This may not be the best season to visit due to high temperature and rain in the afternoon though you can still see some flowers and common vegetables and fruits like melon, bananas growing.

Spent about an hour at the Bloom taking pictures of the flowers, the view was great for photo taking. There are also the deers and sheeps which kids love to see and also feeding was possible which makes the kids enjoyed it even more.

I have been here last Jan and show my friend about a the larges frower garden of The Bloom some of myfriend told me to bring them to the bloom again , A climate a littelbit hot on a day time but cool at night we saw many stars in the sky very nice at night at The bloom

We was here for our holiday and we stay at a Container room nice room a littel bit far from center but quiet and good for relaxing friendly staff and helpful a nice view of the lages flower garden from a center building The Bloom Hotel by TV Pool located in Khao Yai Pakchong Nakhonratchasima

Entrance fee apply. Expected to see beautiful flowers but was disappointed. In the end the kids spent time feeding the goats. There were some big pumpkins and melons for photo taking. Go only when you have spare time otherwise forget about it.

We made reservation online and received email confirmation twice that our booking is successfully. On the day of our arrival they told us that all rooms are fully booked. They have no room for us. It seems that there is a group booking order which they have accepted and failed to inform us on last minute cancellation for our room. We have to go hotel hunting at this peak season in the middle of the night. It the first time i went to khao yai and it giving me such a bad impression. The way that they do business is so unethical. They do apologized and offered us another stay in another hotel. But damage are done. It spoilt our trip and we wil never step into The Bloom anymore. If you want to end up hotel hunting middle of the night please go ahead and book The Bloom.

Came here because my family enjoy scenery and flowers. Was horrified the minute we arrived!! Photos shown on review and website are 2 different thing. Badly maintain and just horrible. The have hotels and cant imagine who would stay there.
