Comfortable, convenient motel with classy owners - Cedarville is a throw back community to a time where it still takes a village. I spent a week exploring the valley and the Warner Mountains and the area holds a special place for me, especially the Sunrise Motel. Susie is a delightful conversationalist and host - her love for her community and... More

GREAT place to stay. Clean as a whistle, comfy, spacious room. Susie was a great host....even gave me silverware from her own kitchen for the piece of pie I brought home from Country Hearth (also a great little place for breakfast & dinner). Will definitely return.

Sunrise Motel Cedarville: this is a well-run mom-and-pop motel in an out-of-the-way location. The proprietors are very nice people. If you want to stay in Cedarville, this is the place. It’s not the Ritz, of course, just a good, basic motel. Value 5/5. Wifi 2.5/5. Note: the Cottage is attached to the bathroom for the RV crowd. Could be noisy... More

I drove from Death Valley National Park through Nevada via Pyramid Lake and Gerlach NV and arrived in Cedarville CA and found the Sunrise Motel, an old fashioned motor lodge. It was a nice, friendly establishment after sleeping in a tent for more than a week.

I enjoyed how friendly Susie the host is of Sunrise Motel. My room was spacious and I enjoyed the country-homey feel with the furnishing and quilt comforter on the bed. A community kitchen was very nice for me as I carry my own food when traveling. The property is a pretty setting with accommodations for RV's to park with hookups.... More

This is an old fashioned motel where you drive up to the door, but it is SO CLEAN and comfortable! It is roomy and bright, and Susie is the sweetest person ever. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. The price is very reasonable too. I would definitely recommend!

This motel is a great value for the price. My room was large and very clean. The host was very helpful and friendly and the gardens on the grounds are obviously well-loved and tended. It was so nice to sit out in front on the swinging bench and just enjoy the breeze. I stayed for 3 nights and will definitely... More
