We stayed here two nights on our way south for a winter camping trip to warmer climates. The park is located well for visiting the area, fairly close to downtown and other activities but in a quieter residential neighborhood. It isn't a large park but sites are roomy, almost all pull-through with full hookups. Check-in was easy, the owners friendly...

Terrible to refuse to allow a well cared for RV. I will spend my money somewhere else. It's not a very good business practice to treat potential guests so poorly. What is the big deal about a normal RV? We aren't all rich.

Any RV park that REJECTS an RV because of its age is obviously a snob infested den of self-righteous idiots. Spread the word about this park and AVOID it! There's too many other great RV parks so don't stress yourself with the likes of these snobs!

I just bought an adorable little 1967 Scotsman for myself and was going to go to this RV park to visit family in Chico. "Bob" was downright rude on the phone saying, "we don't let anything over 10 years old in the park, goodbye!" What the heck? They are the ONLY RV park in the whole town. I was very disappointed!...

People are very friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean and welcoming. Love the pool and the bathhouse. The park is long enough you can walk a few laps to get your exercise in. The Italian Cottage is just down the road and has excellent food!

This place is clean and neat--with a beautiful pool, rec room, and showers-- and was only $43 a night. If you have a choice, stay here instead of Paradise RV in Oroville for the same price, with cold showers. My only suggestion is that they prepare a list of eating establishments close by so people have a better idea of...

Excellent property near downtown Chico ,California. Family business brought us to Chico for 3 nights. Almond Tree RV had good reviews so I booked in there. Booking was simple and straight forward and with thoughtful emails to us before our due dates. The park is very clean quiet. All facilities were spotless. Clearly a well managed park. All the utilities...

This park is one of the best places we've ever stayed as far as cleanliness and convenience goes. The place is immaculate and the staff are very nice and welcoming. They have laundry for $1.00 a load to wash and $1.00 a load to dry! That's amazing. The pool is super clean as are the bathrooms. It's very safe and...

We had one of the more private sites with trees on one side and at the end of the circle. But most sites are right next to each other. Much better than a parking lot. Very clean rest rooms and showers, pool, jacuzzi, also found they have great ministorage which I am now using for my daughter going to School...

A beautiful park, lots of grass at every site. Sites are gravel, but roads in the park are paved, and wide. Lots of trees for shade at most sites. The only negative is WiFi. Tengo internet is slow most of the time. It took half a dozen tries to get signed in. Then it knocks you off on a regular...
