The price was right, good bed, good cooler, quiet and certainly great for a night in Chico. The motel has been updated over the years and needs a new rug today. The room had a king bed, micro, refrigerator, bath and was a good size of room. The TV was a 35-40 inch but should have been closer to the...

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this will do quite fine. I checked in at 10:00 pm on August 21, 2015. Within 3 minutes the friendly manager (Kent) gave my keys and I was on my way. The room is small but it had a comfortable (firm) bed, decent pillows (for my taste), a working A/C,...

Seemed nice enough when we checked in, but found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom the next morning. A closer inspection of the room showed the room hadn't been vacuumed. I realize that you get what you pay for, but this is unacceptable.

Try to avoid this place if you can. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews on TA. Driving up to the front lobby area, the grounds looked nice with flowers planted, and the front of the building looked nice. Desk person gave us a room in the back section of hotel. Not sure why since there were only...

The motel has a retro look to it as you first drive up, excellent upkeep, grounds were nice, parking lot very clean. We stayed one night in a queen, non smoking room. The owners were very hospitable, the office was well appointed and very pleasant. Our room was in excellent condition, very, very clean, nicely appointed, bed comfortable as well...

Came in late without a reservation. They raise their rates on a weekend. The clerk was nice enough to give me the AAA discount even though they don't honor it on weekends. Close to Sierra Nevada Brewery but a little too far to walk unless you went there during the day. The room is clean but very small. The beds...

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and got a Queen bed, no smoking room. It was very clean, and although in the front of the motel, still very quiet. The Rodeway Inn is set back from the main road and so not out in the midst of traffic. The bath was very clean and tidy; with plenty of towels and...

We were up in Chico for Grad Weekend. All the hotels inflated their prices. This one cost $215 / night for a queen. My parents paid $259 for a king. I don't know what their regular price is, but I would guess $60 - $80. The breakfast included bananas, apples, sweet rolls.

Went to Chico to pick up honey bees with a bunch of friends we got four rooms at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. They were a little small but adequate. The bed was amazing I don't remember having a better night sleep anywhere. I would definitely stay here again
