Although had to switch rooms at first due to poor housekeeping the front desk staff promptly accomodated me. There was a party in rm 326 across hall which could have been better handled. Not the quietest of hotels. Clean rooms but could use bigger ice container especially when the ice is not on your floor.

Rooms are spacious, clean and functional. The reception is exceptionally helpful and Wifi hookup is extremely easy. There is a microwave as well as a fair size fridge in the room. Beds are comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights. Spacious room. Decent mattress. Super clean. Surprised by quality of towels, big and fluffy. Quiet despite close proximity to freeway. Would definitely stay here again. Close to lots of retail and dining.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights when we were in Chino for a convention. Hotel was clean and location was good for our purposes. There's a Starbucks and an Archibald's next to the hotel. There's a beautiful Hindu temple down the street that's worth the time to tour.

We stayed for a night, and it exceeded our expectation ! Clean and large family room. Despite facing the freeway, it wasn't noisy at all. Did not had breakfast though, but free coffee at the lobby. Will definitely stay again !

We stayed here for 1 night to attend a wedding nearby & were quite happy with our room - it was clean & spacious. We enjoyed the pool & breakfast was good. Their foyer was great - lots of comfy chairs, chilled water & even some biscuits/ cookies to choose from. They have an ATM, vending machines & beautiful gardens....

Good standard room amenities and spacious. Walking distance to BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Chino Hills, a beautiful Hindu Temple which is Free to visit and open every day (check Temple web site regarding opening timings and rules). Little expensive considering there is no breakfast included and no Supermarket or Mall nearby. Little more flexibilty and customer oriented from certain staff...

It was a nice little getaway for my son and boyfriend. Breakfast was good. Pool Was great. I would recommend asking to not be on the side of the freeway and top floor. It does get a little loud at times. Staff is very helpful and nice

Nothing special about this hotel that used to be a holiday inn. The rooms are clean and the towels were clean. There's a mini fridge and microwave along with direct tv, desk and sitting chair. Got the king room and was happy with it. No breakfast of any kind is offered but they are in the same parking lot as...

Recently stayed here as it was in close proximity to the Chino Airport where we were attending the Planes of Fame Air Show. Basic hotel - rooms are clean but very in need of updating. Our desk swayed if you touched it. Staff I dealt with at reception had very poor command of English. No dining or bar facilities on...
