The hotel is conveniently located on a mall with a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. It’s clean, pleasant and well-kept. My room was larger than average and the staff go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Usual breakfast offerings. The only drawback was the difficulty of getting a taxi/Uber at this location which is apparently due to Covid. However, the staff helped sort this out as well.

This hotel is my go to when staying in the area. Hospitality from every single employee, without fail. Incredibly comfortable beds and well appointed rooms, definitely. Actual breakfast & not dry cereal, affirmative. A pool area with with shade and greenery, surely.

Over the past eight weeks we’ve stayed in 10 different highly rated SoCal hotels, and the Ayers brand is quickly becoming our favorite. We had started to accept the bad COVID breakfast options, very scarce housekeeping, and the “just here to get your credit card” front desk staff that has been the post-shutdown norm. Not at Ayers! Every hotel employee was fabulous!!!!! Front desk, helpful, cheerful, and efficient - really, they were friendly and could do their jobs. Housekeeping can easily be provided and clean towels were gladly handed out. And the breakfast was the best I’ve had in about two years. This was the second Ayers we stayed out this summer, and quality service is not limited to one location. I do like the more modern feel of many new or newly remodeled hotels, however, the spacious rooms and traditional furnishings are very inviting. Highly recommend Ayers brand hotels.
