Unbeatable!! My wife and I spent three nights in the Canton Cottage at Old Crocker Inn in early October and we can't say enough great things about Marcia and Tony's place. The grounds were beautiful, Marcia's breakfasts were perfect, and Tony's winery recommendations were great. It is a little further north than perhaps some would like, but the extra drive...

This inn is not easy to find it is set back and you must follow the innkeepers directions so as to not get lost. It looks like an old california ranch. The rooms go around the main inn with a deck all around. We had the Crocker room. It was lovely and large. The bed was comfortable and the room...

We spent 2 nights at the Inn. It is set at the end of the road among beautiful trees. Our room was the Stanford. What a nice room. There were fresh flowers in the room, candy in a dish, all the amenities you would need in the bathroom and what can I say about the bed. The sheets were so...

We stayed 2 nights in the Old Crocker Inn near Cloverdale. The drive from Napa was beautiful through the small towns and wine countryside. What a treat to get away from the crowds and large groups in Napa and really enjoy the laid back wine region of Northern Sonoma County. The inn is located in the hills about 5 miles...

We loved our stay here. It is located up in the hills above town, making it a very quiet location. The lodge is well kept and very clean. We stayed in the Huntington room, a very large corner room, with an extremely comfortable king bed. Our deck was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine at...

I you are looking for the typical Wine Country accommodation, this will not satisfy. However, if you crave seclusion or need a kid/pet friendly property at a very reasonable price, this is the ticket. The property is a rustic ranch setting with a quirky somewhat vintage feel located off the beaten track between Healdsburg and Cloverdale. Our room, the Huntington,...

We stayed two nights in the Hopkins room. The room was clean and spacious and had a welcoming porch to sit and enjoy the sounds of outdoors. Tony, the proprietor, gave suggestions on wineries and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was wonderful. One morning we had a delicious peach pancake with warm syrup and a non-alcoholic fruit based margarita that...

We stayed at the Old Crocker Inn at the recommendation of Cloverdale friends. It's location was perfect for our needs but a bed and breakfast is never ideal for our family of 5. We ended up needing multiple rooms etc. The adverts in the lobby suggested this was once a dude ranch and it looks like a dude ranch where...

A secluded and priced right B&B in the wine country. The owner was very helpful in selecting places to taste the wine. Great breakfasts and service. We would return again. Large porches and decks to relax on.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Once a hunting retreat owned by railroad magnate Charles Crocker in the 1880s, the Crocker Ranch has been a sheep ranch, dude ranch, restaurant and B&B. Tucked into the hillside above Sonoma County's Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys, two of California's great wine appellations, the Old Crocker Inn offers ten guest rooms and cottages, full breakfasts, massage service, a swimming pool and plenty of space to relax. This is rustic luxury at its best, just minutes from Healdsburg and dozens of world-class wineries and fine restaurants. ... more   less
