My son lost his entertainment pass and the doorman was so rude and intimidating, wasn't helpful at all, although I appreciate security of parks etc he was not interested in looking at our booking form nor our envelope which had our names and passes in. Needless to say we were only staying for a long weekend arrived on the Friday...

Thank you for taking the time to review Seawick Holiday Park, I can only apologise that you experienced issues with our door staff, it is unfortunate but it is a necessity that our door staff only allow guests access to our facilities with a valid membership pass, and they cannot accept a welcome envelope or booking letter as a valid...

First impressions weren't great the park is very dated but improvements are and have been made so maybe more exciting things to be seen next year? No indoor pool, kids play area could be bigger and more variety. Caravan was inadequate not the cleanest and no power sockets in twin rooms to plug in young kids night lights. Oven was...

Let's start with the good points The park itself is a little run down but the new complex is tidy and well equipped although the on site shop could be a little better quality, a 15 minute drive to Tesco would save a lot of money. It will be interesting to see what becomes of the old entertainment complex, indoor...

We stayed for 3 nights and went with family members who stayed in another chalet/ caravan. I wasn't impressed with my first view of the park, it is old and needs improvements to be brought up to standard. Even the new entertainment building looked cheap, congregated iron panelling. Our caravan was terrible, no heating, basic, grill not working etc. We...

Just returned from our 2nd visit this year (3rd in total). We rented 2 bedroom static caravan for £150 per week. They had a promotion on when we booked, so there was no charge to take our 2 dogs with us. The caravan we had (no. 827)was a Bronze category. Although it's at the cheaper end of the scale, it...

We stayed in a 6 birth caravan on this site last weekend. The caravan was very spacious and had everything we needed in it. The only problem was it was very cold as the gas fire was not sufficient to keep us warm maybe, if we kept it on when we were out it would have been warmer. The camp...
