This place is beautiful but unfortunately has the worst management I've ever seen. The grounds are beautiful. But the woman in the office is horrid. If you want to stay longer than one night find a different place. I stayed one month . Nosey neighbors. Different rules for everything. Chaos. I would stay away. Could be a booming rv park...

Management response:

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate all feedback. We do have Park rules for everyone to follow, it is an unfortunate part of my job, enforcing the park rules can be difficult when there are those who wish to continually break them. There is order in the park not chaos, which is why it is a beautiful and peaceful...

There are so many people outside of their rigs, talking, walking, playing games. We love to watch people having fun. No kitchen or activites. Corning is a cute town surrounded by olive trees. We will go back and see more.

We stopped here enroute between national parks and was a nice change from the more remote campsites that we also love. This time we had a very nice pool, awesome laundry room, awesome bathhouses. Starbucks, Little Caesars, Subway all in walking distance. When we were there it was VERY quiet. We had the pool to ourselves. Had one weird occurrence...

Thank you for your review we appreciate your concerns, we do occassionally have a few stray people walk into the park, so far vary harmless but we do keep our eye out and our staff patrols regularly. We value our guest safety first and want to keep our park a peaceful and quiet stay for all... The Heritage Team

It was an odd entrance going through a strip mall to get to the park. If you get there after dark it could be very confusing. The bathroom was nice. The trees are too big for direct tv service but cable was good. I had a little problem with the washer - it looked like it had started but hadn't....

Management response:

Thank you for your review, the park was built before the mall and can seem confusing to enter, we have ordered new signage to make this an easier entrance. The trees are large for shade and can be difficult to receive a satellite signal, we do have sights that are more accommodating for Dishes. Our Bathhouse has chains on the...

Stopped here on our way home from 3 1/2 weeks on the road. Halfway point to home. Nice and clean, the manager was very nice and the bathrooms very clean. Close to a lot of fast food places and very close to a Safeway if needed. Will stop her again if needed.

This by far is a hidden gem in Corning. We tried this because it is in town close to shops and the freeway. I was skeptical due to the location but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. FHU 30/50amp pool, pet area that they can run off leash, showers, cable and free wifi. This place has big shady trees, grass...

We recently had 5 RV's stay at Heritage to check out the park for a future group outing. Shelly, the manager did a great job welcoming our group of 5 and allowing us to use the facilities as well as the clubhouse. Although the park is a little hard to find (3 had to call us for directions) due to...

Thank you for Staying with us and for your review of our facilities. Just an FYI, we do offer Satellite TV, most choose not to use this as it does take some time to hook up, and you may need to go through your window to get reception. But, we do have the service for those who wish to stay...

On our travel between Seattle and Palm Springs, we always enjoy our overnight stay at Heritage. Service always the best, sites and park well maintained and facilities clean. So, for overnight or several days, do yourself a favor and stay at Heritage. 😎
