I recently stayed here overnight, and was very disappointed with my stay. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were courteous and friendly, and check-out was quick. However, I deeply regret having wasted all of my poits on this hotel. Room was tiny, bed and pillows were adequate, internet service was terrible. This was not really...

just spent a weekend there while attending a conference. the rooms are large and comfortable, very quiet, and an easy walk to the Segerstrom Center. I felt quite safe walking back at night by myself. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, provided loaner umbrellas during a rainy afternoon. The light over the bathroom sink wasn't working when I...

The rooms and staff are very nice. The location is right next to South Coast Plaza. One issue we had was with parking and elevators. They seem to have one working elevator which during busy times can mean long waits. They also make you pay for parking which is fine except you have to unload your bags curbside and then...

Located right at the Avenue of the Arts and Segerstrom venues. Large mall a few blocks away. Starbuck, Quiznos and TGI Fridays across the street. Lots of variety for food within walking distance. Staff was friendly. Rooms are small suites with the sleeping area separated by French doors. Balconies were a bit small but at least you could get out...

I had a 2 queen room with a couch and a pull out bed. It was me and my husband at two of his friends. Plenty of room for all 4 of us to sleep and hang out. Every encounter with the front desk was pleasant, they were nice courteous and informative. Also every time I requested more towels or...

Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference at the Sigerstrom Centre. Each suite has a lounge & bedroom so it's very comfortable for a multi night stay. The breakfast was very disappointing so we only ate there once. Also, free wifi only available in the foyer.

My stay was for only one night so I've no thoughts on service. It seemed fine and on par with other Marriotts. The hotel is in a somewhat convenient location, its fairly close to the large mall and the airport. The rooms however could use some updating. We had a room on a lower floor which had some issues with...

I'm a regular at Marriott's, but was disappointed with the service at this one. Nothing major, just the little things. Finding a plate of half eaten chicken in the room fridge from a previous guest, missing a desk chair, waiting a long time to get eggs at breakfast and being told to take a cab to the John Wayne airport...

We were surprised by the large space that the Marriott provided and especially for the low price. It included a king-sized bed in a large bedroom with a balcony, a large living room, and a large bathroom. The room attendant (the envelope had the name Bertha) did a great job keeping the room very clean. Hotels need to stop charging...

We attended a trade show at Anaheim convention center Marriott Costa Mesa was the nicest reasonably priced option available. The drive over took about 15 min not bad at all. The suite style room was nice place to come home to after a long day. The front desk staff was very welcoming and check in was swift. Take note parking...
