Do not let the front of the hotel deceive you. Very nice on the inside and pool is nice as well. Room are clean with a modern flair. Restaurant has good food and drinks. Only draw backs are there are NO ice machines so you need to go to the bar to get ice. Also, the restaurant is not open...

First impression was not inspiring. Building looked like a hospital from the road: entrance porch gloomy and cafe window display not in keeping with a hotel restaurant. That said, interior was better, though khaki walls in the bedroom weren't the most attractive. Some nice retro touches. First room we were offered had a view of the stairwell, but they let...

This was my first stop on a various stop trip around California. Room was comfortable and big enough for the three of us to share (3 adults). Shower was good, and had good amenities within the room (A/C, fridge, tv). I thought the bed was comfortable, but I had been awake for nearly 24 hours and was then jetlagged, so...

My wife and I upgraded to a room with an in-room mineral spa. The view out the sliding-glass door isn't great, but the jetted mineral water tub was fantastic. We didn't want to leave. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The restaurant in the hotel was very handy, because after spending time in the mineral water spa, we really didn't...

Me and my family stood here for 3 days and loved it......they have movie nights and my kids enjoyed it being by the pool and watching the movie is the best. I wish that they had an extra pool table and maybe some arcade for the kids..

I really liked this place. Some of my colleagues not as impressed but my bed was comfy, room clean and the pool area was super nice and tropical. The only down side I guess was the bar guy wasn't very nice, not much personality but the front desk people were awesome and helpful. Its only about 15-20 minutes to downtown...

Wish I would have taken advantage of the pool area at night more. It's not really a resort or even a hotel, but more a glorified motel. The restaurant is ok for breakfast but the chicken they cook is pretty much jerky and they refused ( or didn't know how) to cook the french fries even after we asked them...

The front desk people were friendly and helpful, but that is about the extent of the good things about this "hotel." It was NOT clean, the water was lukewarm at best, (the shower curtain even came crashing down multiple times), and the rest of the room was made up of some kind of fake furniture. It was as if they...

Palm Springs area is a very interesting clutter of older mid-century style hotels with newer chains. This property seems as if it was an older chain (maybe a Best Western or Motel 6) that has been remodeled and renovated to a more modern experience. The exterior of the building is unassuming and quite frankly, unattractive. If you were to just...

We enjoyed the ambiance and the relative proximity this hotel offered to the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. The cost was half what we would've spent staying closer and it was just a 20 min drive over each day. The room had a bit of a musty smell so we bought a little $2 plug in that solved the problem...
