This is my favorite hotel and place to go in the world! I have been here many times with my husband, adult children and grandsons. It is an affordable place to stay in the desert with fabulous hot spring pools. The spa services are very nice. The restaurant has delicious meals. The staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. It is...

We enjoyed the pools and facilities on a day pass. I believe it was $14. The grounds and pools were clean and well-maintained, as were the small changing rooms and locker areas. The naturally heated pools were a pleasure to soak and swim in. Would like to return another time and stay for a night or two.

Our stay at Miracle Hot Springs Resort and Spa was Dec 30, 2016 – Jan 3, 2017. Check in was fast and organized front desk staff was friendly. The room was not well cleaned as we found hair in the shower. The carpet is worn with patched areas. There are no open and easily accessible outlets and the ones we...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We use low amounts of chlorine (required by the Riverside County Health Department) for sanitation. This method is used to maintain our guests' safety. You will still experience the purity of natural mineral waters. Your comments have been...

We have been at the resort several times. As it is growing older and squeakier we become more attached to it. It is true, some features in the rooms are often in need of repair. Overall we have become comfortable in the very relaxed atmosphere and usually meet interesting people in the hot waters. Some guests swear by the healing...

Went here to relax and dip inside hot springs water after a tiring New Year Party. This resort is my favourite for the overall value given the low price. Not a luxury resort. A bit beat down from the carpeting and the building itself, but it is clean and the room is well maintained. The main attraction is the real...

Our room was very large and at the end of the hall so it was also very quiet. I love that there are so many pools to choose from with a variety of temperatures to suit your needs. It was quite inexpensive but there are many children and tourists so if you like peace and quiet outside your room, you...

Thank you for your review. You are right, Miracle Springs Resort & Spa is one of several boutique hotels with natural mineral water here in Spa City! What differentiates us from all the others is our location. This is the closest major hotel to Joshua Tree National Park. We are also the only facility in Desert Hot Springs that offers...

This was the first time staying at Miracle and the last. We had 2 nights booked but left after one. The lobby is nice enough and the staff was friendly but the buildings ,and room we were in were in disrepair. The place needs a desperate overhaul. It smelled weird in the hallways. The elevator was dirty and noisy. Our...

This hotel was and is horrible. Run down, smells of cigarettes, pools unkept, staff rude and obviously hate their job. Manager oblivious to staff and customers needs. Do not supply pool towels. Reluctantly gave us pool towels when we complained. manager said children were not allowed pool towels but poor receptionist gave it to us anyway. We could see her...

Fun time exploring the 8 pools of various temperatures. Clean and well maintained Odd that two pools were less than 2 feet deep On the negative side I did find the bartender extremely slow and the bloody Mary's lacking.

The hotel resort is built around a central courtyard that has a heated 80F swimming pool and 7 hot spring pools from 80 to 100 F. It's open 24 hr for hotel guests. We absolutely loved it. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. Capri, the in-hotel restaurant has good breakfast selection, but tends to take a long...
