Excellent staff. Room was very nice and more importantly very clean. Good location but many of the rooms face the freeway which is a drawback for a hotel of this caliber. Try and get a room that faces the front of the hotel and it would definitely get 5 stars.

This is a great hotel ideally situated for anyone that wants access to the whole bay. Clean, modern, well equipped and very friendly staff. And despite being right on top of HW 101 there is no road noise in the rooms. The only thing that lets them down is the food, particularly room-service food but with Palo Alto village less... More

Traveled to the west coast for business meeting, the hotel was close to the meeting location. The staff was very pleasant. Overall 1st rate hotel for business travelers. It was my first time in the area for business. It was close to the Ames Research Center (my meeting location). Check in was smooth & I was in room in minutes.... More

Excellent standard with all of the trimmings. Good for business travellers. We were visiting a number of high tech companies in the valley and found it to be a fantastic base to an extremely high standard.

Had a quick overnight stay in the Valley to do some interviews last week and stayed at the 4S. I travel a lot for work and this was genuinely different class. I got in quite late and from the moment the car arrived you knew that this was a switched on place. The cool effectiveness of the check-in was done... More

A solid Four Seasons and the best in Palo Alto. Gym was closed for renovations (which were needed based on my prior stays) and they arranged for use of Equinox in Palo Alto with shuttle service, which was great and a nice touch. Restaurant is great ... very pretty. Rooms are what you would expect -- spacious and clean. Not... More

This is a great value hotel in the mid peninsula. It's in east PA, which isn't that nice, but it's on the fringe and very close to Stanford et al. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious, and we went to the pool on a nice day. I'll try to stay here the next time I'm in the valley instead... More

Great property with professional staff eager to please. Location is close to Stanford and the trip to the Airport, SFO on the 101 was fine. Might need a rental car if going very far fron hotel. Hotel shuttle to downtown Palo Alto made life easier. Restaurant is a fun place. Had a fine breakfast buffet during the week with a... More

Good points: fabulous service, good business rooms, working internet. Bad points: pricey, very expensive internet (which should be free in Silicon Valley of all places). The rest is about things that were good, but should just be better in the Four Seasons. It was more like a Hilton or Hyatt, and the location next to the 101 is not ideal.... More

Nice hotel with all the amenities that you might look for. Was there on a business trip, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful!
