Good size room for family of 4. Maybe a little outdated but made up for by gorgeous river outlook. Restaurant was very nice and not too expensive. Good pool area. My only minor negative comment would be that it is a huge complex which looks out of place in such a beautiful environment. But that's just my opinion.

We decided on this hotel given how difficult it was to book hotel accommodation in the park, and how expensive private accommodation was. We were very pleased- we payed around $250/night for 4 adults, I thought it was good value. Our room was clean, spacious, had a double shower and spa bath. The Lodge had multiple swimming pools and spas...

Right outside the park! Best part is the rooms are fairly large, have kitchenettes, fridge, micro, coffee pot, A/C (big plus during summer!), & balconies. The bad thing is the rooms need updating and general maintenance. Beds and pillows well used. We had a leaky bathtub faucet. Had ants around our bedside table. This is a large complex with 4...

The motel/hotel is right outside of the park. Great location. First the items. Our room needs to have plumbers look at the facilities. We lived with it but it was an annoyance. The toliet inside tank system leaks and needs to be replaced. The shower/tub dripped water, needs washer replaced. And the sink had the hot and cold facets reversed....

We had booked a king bedded room with a balcony overlooking the river. Absolutely lovely outlook. The room was very large, a little tired looking, but we had the bonus of a big jacuzzi bath although the switches to turn on the jets did not seem to work but the enormous bath was very welcome after a day walking in...

While visiting Yosemite for the first time, we booked places to stay out of all directions, but this one is by far the best choice we made. Yosemite View Lodge is in a location we love, by a moving, noisy river. We love falling asleep to the sound of that. My husband wanted to drag the mattress out on to...

The biggest selling point of the hotel is its close proximity to the entrance to Yosemite (5-10 minute drive!). This is especially true at the end of a tiring day in the park and not having to face 30 miles of mountain road back to Mariposa. We were lucky to snag a last minute two night mid-week stay and I...

The hotel is very close to the park and there are rooms which are besides the gushing river. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and good choice of restaurants. Rooms were very clean and our two room suite had a large outdoor sitting place where you can relax to the sound of the river.

The rooms are very average and over priced. I guess you are paying for the location. The little kitchenette helped. The best experience was at the bar lounge. The head barman was very friendly and would conjour up excellent cocktails. He even let us try some home made pickled garlic with our order of artichoke dip, which was excellent. Being...

I stayed here as part of a tour group. It is the closest motel to the park, which is why it can do what it wants. This is a huge complex of various buildings, some face the river, some face the road. Our building did have an elevator, although hard to find. We had rooms with a full kitchenette, although...
