We decided to visit Yosemite about 4-5 weeks prior to the start of our CA vacation and wanted to stay in the park. However, thanks to the peak season demand and our late decision, the availabilities and/or prices didn't fit our budget.

Not too many places to stay outside of Yosemite...so this place gets you....no breakfast, no. WI FI...place is getting run down, could use new sheets, restaurant was okay...needed a few more dinner items.
Situated approx 15 mins from the park this is a good base for exploring. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we had taken 3 because the park is so vast and once you have paid for the entry its valid for a week!...More
Stayed in a room with 2 doubles and a fold-down bed. Spacious room with some kitchen facilities. Older style hotel, basic facilities could do with some updating. Indoor and outdoor pool. Fine for an overnight stay.
