We booked a room for two nights because our moving in to a new place is delayed. By our second night, somehow our door locked us out. We were frantic as our important stuff are all scattered in our room and we don't know what went on inside that it is locked! My wife was so anxious as she went downstairs to tell the lobby. The staff who helped us showed genuine concern and did her best to gain access. She tried several times to pry open the door even securing a tool to use but to no avail. She showed how concerned she was and that she's doing her best. She was very patient and calm. These are the qualities you want when in this kind of situation. She asked if we would want to stay in the lobby while she takes care of the problem. We chose to stay and wait by the door to our room. Eventually, she came back with a solution and was able to access our room. She then booked us to another room, which also was better. She was also very helpful in our subsequent booking doing her best to give us the kind of room we wanted. This place is like any place you get for the price you pay. But you get to like the place if you are cared for by people like her. This review is especially for this amazing motel staff. Her name is Angela.…

Wow! I was worried about traveling during this current situation that were all going through, but, I had to attend a business meeting in Escondido. I’m a critical type of person and this place delivered up to par if not further beyond! The service was without a doubt identical to the cleanliness, Sergio the manager answered all of my requests promptly and flawlessly ( I’m a difficult individual! ) Thank you for your services! Definitely recommend to my colleagues in the future.

I stayed here for a few nights and from the time of check in to check out the experience was above and beyond. The front desk staff accommodated all of my needs with no hesitation. They were professional and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable, which satisfied my concerns given the pandemic. The rates were a steal. Overall I am very pleased with my stay here and will definitely be coming back.
