Nestled in a scenic location that has garnered consistent acclaim, Ikos Odisia boasts a picturesque setting with convenient access to local amenities. The hotel's luxurious atmosphere, complete with stylish decor and live entertainment, has been widely appreciated by guests. While the staff's attentiveness has earned praise, there have been mentions of occasional slow service. Amenities at Ikos Odisia, including diverse dining, kids' facilities, and well-kept grounds, receive high marks for satisfaction. However, some guests feel that the value doesn't quite align with the premium pricing. As for accommodations, the modern and comfortable rooms are generally celebrated, though a few travelers noted minor issues with cleanliness and room service.

What an amazing place. Highest levels of service I have ever experienced. Although a large site the design makes it seem as it is a collection of smaller resorts. Nothing was too much trouble for the always cheerful staff whether they were servicing the rooms or providing meals. Michael from Burundi was always attentive on the beach providing us with towels, raising and lowering the parasol- often several times in the day. Emilia on the beach kept a steady supply of cold fresh water, lunch time meals and then early evening cocktails with grace and a ready smile. Round the garden pool Emilia was also very attentive with drink and meals and in the Ouzo restaurant we enjoyed our conversations with Efi as she recommended our wine.
We only ate at the Olivia restaurant once and wished we had discovered it earlier as all the staff were just great. I highly recommend this resort for couples and families
I wish I new the names of the room service ladies- they were so cheerful and welcoming on our first morning

Fantastic hospitality in a gorgeous setting.

We stayed at Ikos Odisia for 9 nights in September 2024 and were extremely impressed by the whole experience. We do not usually stay all-inclusive and were unsure what to expect but the quality and variety of the 8 restaurants was absolutely exceptional - we particularly enjoyed Elia on the cliff top which has incredible views. We are quite ‘foodie’ and can be hard to please but everything was just perfect and despite the length of our stay never got bored with the fantastic food. It’s also a beautiful setting, with stunning gardens and well laid out pools that never felt too crowded or busy.

The design and size of the rooms was also wonderful - we had a Deluxe Garden Suite with a lovely sea view which was both enormous and very comfortable. We had a fair few thunderstorms during our stay but didn’t feel cooped up in the room at all, it was luxurious enough to fully relax in and nice touches like the complimentary mini bar (stocked up with Toblerone and other goodies every day!) really added to the experience. We also spent some time at the immaculate spa, which is open for all guests and is very well equipped with various steam and sauna plus an absolutely gorgeous indoor pool with amazing sea views which is the perfect place to sit on a rainy day.

When they say everything is all inclusive, Ikos really mean it - the Deluxe package gets you slightly more premium drinks brands at the Deluxe pool bar and in your room plus a few other extras but everything on offer for a non-Deluxe stay seemed more than worth it. You also enjoy a sunset cruise and complimentary car hire from the hotel’s fleet of Teslas during your stay - again, these extra touches and benefits really do make the price tag feel more than worth it.

Finally, the exceptional staff must be mentioned. Anastacia personally took charge of us during our stay and was absolutely fantastic - no request or problem too small and everything done with a big smile and a great attitude. This was reflected in almost all the staff across the resort and we were made to feel very welcome and very well looked after for our entire stay.

This was our first time staying in an Ikos property and based on this experience, it won’t be the last - than you to Anastacia and the whole Ikos team.

Ikos Odissia is an amazing holiday resort.
I am writing this review because I see some people trying to say negative information.
I don’t know how to phrase this, but maybe they just want the hotel to be perfect with zero faults.
We paid for 9 nights 4800 euros in a one bedroom suite all inclusive. The price was good. Usually we pay this in Marrakech with Room only.
Also not many hôtel have heated swimming pool in Europe in October or April so Ikos is perfect. Imagine the cost to heat up so many pools.
It does take a few days to realise how amazing the resort is and the staff and the service. The Grecque were so lovely.
We loved it so much we going to Ikos again next year.
The only down side was there was no club to dance at night. But that’s for me personally.
On picture and review you don’t even see 10% of what they have to offer there. Honestly this place is amazing.
As we left they had shut some rooms and put plastic sheets over the curtains for the winter , maybe that they don’t change colour or get dusty in the winter while the hotel is shut.
We were so busy having a good time we forgot to ring my mother for 1 week. And we got told off after 1 week when we called home 😀.
Everything is excellent there food and service and room and pool and activities and staff and buggy men.

Good luck to Odissia

Our second visit to an Ikos resort, having visited Dassia two years ago. Odisia is a great addition, just across the bay from Dassia. It’s a large resort with the staff working very hard to keep it running smoothly. A heart felt thank you to Vasilis at the Gardens pool - his attentive service and friendly professionalism was nothing short of exceptional. Other individuals who made it a special holiday were: Mimi in Anaya, Syzmon in Oliva and Maria in the lobby bar who greeted us with a smile and coffee each morning. Ali at the garden’s pool always made sure we had sunbeds with no issue at all, even when arriving at 11am some days.
The restaurants were the high quality we expected - Anaya and Oliva were our favourites and Ouzo was a welcome alternative to the Flavours buffet for breakfast. Reservations for dinner are always needed!
The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Buggies offer a good solution to getting around the vast site, especially Elia restaurant which is at the top of a reasonably steep hill!
Our room in the gardens village was a great location and easy to get to all the facilities.
Concierge via WhatsApp is generally very good, with quick responses to questions or queries. If you need something urgently though, phone or go to reception.
A couple of small things didn’t meet expectations, especially given the price and our experience of Ikos previously. We only had one turndown service in the evening all week, with the replenishing of toiletries and towels a bit hit and miss. The laundry service couldn’t provide a dry cleaning service that was offered. We raised an issue with air con not working via WhatsApp which hadn’t been fixed a few hours later but a call to reception sorted this. A couple of times we sat in the lobby area to order drinks before dinner and it was slow service. We realise we had very high expectations and the staff were, without a doubt, working hard. Maybe because it was our second visit, at times it didn’t quite meet the standard set.
We would absolutely return or maybe try another Ikos resort, the format works well for us. Individuals absolutely make it and we are grateful to the staff who delivered such great service.

Just back from our second visit to an Ikos resort the first being to Andalusia.
Odisia is absolutely stunning and makes the most of the stunning location it enjoys. The quality of the buildings and the site are truly fantastic and from arriving you know that you are in a very special place.
You are welcomed and checked in personally and advised on many aspects of the resort although we felt it was pretty rushed and we failed to pick up a lot of what he said.
We were taken to our rooms, using the buggy service, which were wonderfully clean and prepared with excellent fittings and a very comfortable bed with patio doors leading onto our garden area overlooking the pool. Loads of wardrobe space and a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable base for our holiday.
We never had any issues with the buggy service despite the resort being busy and it’s really no hardship walking around such a beautiful place.
So far everything was great but there are some issues which prevents a 5 star rating for me. All of the restaurants are beautiful and the food at dinner is good but never memorable. There are also similarities between the menus and they feel pre-prepared and slightly formulaic. The setting of Elia is truly the most spectacular of anywhere we have ever dined. It is not to be missed! Breakfast and lunch are good with a good choice of venues although the buffet is not a patch on the Andalusia offering.
Wine is also a bit of an irritation with preferred choices often not available and the staff appearing to be pushing their preferred house options on you. Also the Champagne for non deluxe guests is not champagne!
Staff on the whole are great but there are definitely fewer hellos when moving around the resort and the evening towel service verged on rude when we said we were not ready for them.
This may seem like nit picking in any respects but we paid a lot of money for this holiday based our five star experience in Andalusia and it just fell short of the standards set there.

The Ikos Odisia is one of the best Ikos hotels or It is actually a whole village that is beautifully designed. We spent ten wonderfully unforgettable days with our 11 and 12 year old boys and my mom. Here is something for everyone, top tennis courts, bicycles, all sports fields, on the beach we used several times stand up paddling and pedal boats as the sea is so calm. The sunset ride was an unforgettable experience. During the day, guests can indulge in the spa. Professional masseurs work here thank you very much for relaxing. In the evenings there are various entertainment programmes such as in the Theatre various musicals, bands ... in the bars and restaurants also different bands. We really enjoyed it. The system is very well maintained everywhere the cleaning staff are very diligent and make sure that everything is done to the fullest satisfaction. Staff at reception are very nice and available at any time. Many thanks especially to Hairam he is one of the best employees. He took care of everything that was very beneficial for us, he speaks perfect German which was great for us. As we have been in the most diverse Ikos hotels for many years, we were very pleased to see staff from previous visits to Ikos Aria Olivia and Oceania again. The staff and all the chefs deserve great praise. Whether service staff, reception, gardeners, chefs, cleaners, etc., try to give their best to the complete satisfaction of the guests. The restaurants are all highly recommended. Highest star rating! Our dine out in Provence at Ikos Dassia was very good. We were also happy to visit Dassia as we spent last year there. What is also very commendable is the shuttle bus to Corfu town this we used twice for shopping. We also used the Tesla for a trip to Mavroudis. Where we did an olive oil tasting and sightseeing. What was very well received by our children is the bungee trampoline as well as the large teens club with changing Things to do program. The pools are fantastically beautiful and above all heated. The cocktails a dream with branded spirits and all freshly mixed. Everything is freshly prepared at any time, which is very advantageous for allergy sufferers, whether with the drinks and in all restaurants. Anyone who has concerns about the purpose of the trails, everything is reachable on foot by bicycle or buggy which is always callable. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. We will definitely come back. Once Ikos - always Ikos

We visited Odisia last year and were excited to return.

First of all we have to give a huge shout out to all the grounds staff who have done a tremendous job over the winter. They work tirelessly and the gardens are stunning. The resort is full of colour wherever you look and our daughter loved seeing all the butterflies they attract.

We were in the gardens village this year and our room was great- 2003. It was kept spotlessly clean (thank you housekeeping) and we were able to walk right out from our private garden into the splash pool area. This location is ideal if you’re travelling with kids as it’s close to everything.

We were looked after every day at the Garden Village pool by the amazing Mihai who kept us constantly topped up with drinks and snacks. He was an absolute superstar who works so hard and always has a smile on his face. The whole team at the Garden Village are a credit to Ikos and provided outstanding service. Towels appear immediately and ice cream and drinks are served with charm and a big smile!

A few more shout outs..

Achilles who is at the lobby bar this year. It was great to see him again and, as always, he works at a million miles an hour.

Stavros at Sea Grill. A lovely man, he served us our dinner on the beach and made it a really special experience

All of the room service team. We always received our food and drinks really quickly so thank you for that!

Georgios- the food and beverage manager. He works such long hours and is always chatting to guests- getting feedback to make the whole dining experience even better. He took on board our constructive criticism with grace.

That leads me to a few niggles…

As others have said, the resort is very understaffed in all of the restaurants. We arrived before half term started and still waited over an hour for a starter on several occasions. We also found that items ordered were forgotten repeatedly and drinks took a long time to arrive.
The only restaurant where we had no issues with slow service was Fresco.

We loved going to the shows in the evening but the staffing there is also woefully inadequate. 2 bar tenders and 2 waiters for a full theatre leads to very long wait for drinks.

It would also be good to see some new shows for adults. This was our 4th Ikos and the shows have been identical every year!

We had a brilliant holiday and already want to return. Thank you Ikos Odisia!

I visited this beautiful resort for a mother-daughter’s holiday and had such an amazing time! It just opened in June 2023 so all the facilities are brand new and the rooms and restaurants are so beautifully designed! Everyone we interacted with from buggy drivers (shout out to Alex!) and waiters right through to our dedicated Deluxe concierge, Vasilis, and the Deluxe reception team, everyone was so kind, always smiling and so warm, welcoming and accommodating.

Each restaurant was in a gorgeous setting and felt like a special meal out that you would individually book to go to with beautifully presented food and there were enough restaurants that catered for vegetarians for a 5 night holiday which was lovely. Quality of food was outstanding and service was so attentive and with a smile. Our least favourite was the Flavours buffet on Greek night, but LOVED all the others with Elia being our favourite both for the food and the stunning clifftop setting! Even 24-hour room service is fully included in the cost so we enjoyed having a couple of daytime meals in our room as well when it suited us.

In the evenings we enjoyed the music and dance shows in the outdoor theatre and found them entertaining- the 80’a band was good fun! The live music at the lobby bar was also a nice addition on certain evening. During the daytime we loved the Watersports centre where our girls did water skiing and parasailing and enjoyed swimming in the warm clear waters in the sea. Enjoyed two short complimentary massages at the spa which came included for Deluxe guests along with the special beach dinner, which was so cute.

As the resort is set over 60 acres, no area ever felt too crowded - no need to get up early to claim beach chairs or pool loungers and all that nonsense. Our only challenge was long waits for buggy lifts as it was super hot when we went, but other than that we loved every moment. Our girls enjoyed being spoiled with a complimentary Tesla for a day as part of the Deluxe package, where we got to explore the island and visit Old Town, which is so cute.

All in all, a really lovely resort to chill out in and feel truly relaxed and spoiled by the service and quality of everything offered. Thank you Team Odisia for making our stay so memorable!!

This is my second stay at Ikos Odisia and I will be back again.

When we visited in August 2023 the hotel had just opened and there were a few minor teething problems which was hi lighted in a few of the reviews. I wrote a review and I honestly didn’t think it could get any better but it has, which is why I’m writing a second one.

In the year since we initially visited, the gardens and surroundings have matured and the place looks stunning. It is a large, beautiful resort with a thoughtful layout and most of the activities located away from the guests rooms. The restful interiors throughout the resort are conducive a relaxed stay, no more present than when you step foot into the vast reception/welcome area.

There is plenty to keep you occupied and equally plenty of places just to relax and unwind. We loved the fact that our children enjoyed having a little more freedom to wander and explore the resort and all the activities (teen club, all the pools, bikes, paddle boarding, pedalo etc).

The resort offers many place to eat and unfortunately we didn’t manage to try all of them. We used the App to book our restaurant choices in advance as we were only staying for 5 nights and this was simple to use and helpful when planning our break.
The food on offer is abundant, fresh and delicious, something for everyone and we were never disappointed. The restaurants have such beautiful layouts and views and we never felt rushed, so we could truly relax and enjoy being on holiday.

We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow suite overlooking the sea pool and it was so peaceful. There were four of us and the room was perfect in size and function. We never heard any noise from neighbouring rooms or the restaurants/bars close by.

I would like to finish by mentioning the main reason why this place is so special - the staff. It doesn’t matter what level you engage at the service remains the same, always helpful (nothing is too much trouble), polite and welcoming. I would like to particularly mention the way the staff interacted with our children, they were so caring and couldn’t do enough for them. I would like to mention a few people who contributed to making our stay a memorable one..

Hairam Guest Relations, thank you for remembering us from our previous stay and for always smiling!

Spa Staff again who remembered me from the previous year and please forgive me if I have misspelled your names Fani & Andrea.

Elli at Oliva restaurant, so welcoming, hardworking and again remembered us.

Spiridoula & Marina so friendly and particularly helpful with our children, ensuring they got the right flippers!

Last but by no means least Hara at the Garden Pool and all the staff … Wow! The welcome we received was amazing, like seeing friends again. They are so attentive without being overbearing, the area is kept so clean and nothing is too much trouble. Our favourite pool in the resort by far.

Without a doubt we will return.

Tips:

Book activities in advance on the Ikos App - so useful and informative.
Go on the sunset cruise
Go to the Theatre, it’s such fun

This is our second stay in an Ikos hotel and it was wonderful again. We had a bungalow suite with a garden and pool view in the sea village area. For us, this was the most beautiful area and pool. From the garden you could quickly get to the beach or be right by the pool. The views from the restaurants are unbeatable. The Elia with its panoramic view is probably unique. For us, the best restaurant in terms of service and food was the Ouzo.
Considering that the hotel only recently opened, the service was good, but it doesn't come close to the Andalusia, nor does the quality of the food. But this is complaining at a very high level. The gym and indoor pool have a great view of the Mediterranean. If you want to jog, you can run wonderfully around the hotel. One lap is 2.2 km. If the paths there are too far for you, you can always call a buggy. Room service is top-notch, the cleanliness in the rooms and public toilets could be even better. What surprised me a lot is that all the seat cushions and covers on the loungers look very used. In heavy rain, these are not covered. This means that you have to lie on wet loungers by the pool for a long time until they dry or you get wet trousers in the restaurant. Why aren't they better looked after?
Unlike the other Ikos hotels, there is only one restaurant that serves à la carte breakfast. The outdoor areas are beautifully planted and well-kept.
The shuttle to the airport takes about 35 minutes.
We would definitely come back and will try the Aria as our next hotel.
