I promised the owner I would give them a review. They always exceed my expectations and accommodate me when I stay. I appreciate the clean rooms and happy staff. Nothing too fancy but it does well for me. Extra brownie points for the easy walk to the Brewery. Love being near the water and old town. I'll be back again.

I stayed here once again on my way up to seattle and I must say, these people are great. What they lack in the flashy exterior/interior, they make up for it in the cleanliness, service and LOCATION. I did notice some homeless people walking around but they didn't bother me. The location was very convenient for me to walk around...

Stopped here for a night on a recent budget road trip. It was . . . not quite as bad as expected. A bit noisy, a bit insecure (no entrance doors - anyone can walk in from various entry areas). I am not put off by the presence of people who are homeless, but in this neighborhood it seemed to...

Town House was a good value for a one night stay. Conveniently located – next to the highway, and next to the great AA Bar & Grill. The staff was very nice – she upgraded me to a large multi-room unit, and she let me park my car overnight in the covered handicap spot since no one was using the...

Thank you dannyboytravels for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We wanted to clarify though that our property is located in historic old town, so when you say it's 10 blocks away, you probably mean towards the END of old town. We are located near the World Famous Carson Mansion, Pink Lady and the...

I will stay here again. It is walking distance to most stuff (I wanted to watch Kinetic Sculpture Launch, it took about 10 minute walk). Good restaurants, Lost Coast Brewery nearby. It is not swanky at all but clean and the parking is underneath so it feels like your car is safe. A few sketchy people hanging around the neighborhood,...

Was a little leery of this place even after reading the favorable reviews. Asked to see a room before committing and Candace was more than accommodating (no pun intended!) As other reviewers have noted, the place is dated, but is kept in excellent shape and the room and bed were very clean and comfortable. For the price, it was well...

Big thanks to Candaice who never seems to stop moving and laboring diligently, I look forward to my next visit. I have stayed at this location more than once and the service is always professional and courteous. The rooms are of an older style, it’s a nostalgic feeling and it reminds me of travel when I was younger. The rooms...

Actually, the motel is clean and well located. The staff were friendly enough. My only gripe was that we booked a room with two double beds only to find that they were 3/4 size at best. We were upgraded to a 2 queen size bed suite for another 11 dollars. Overall, a road-side motel as good as any other.
