Built in 1935 to look like the many 19th century frontier-style buildings in town, the hotel really looks like an authentic relic of the Wild West. I was tempted to give it 5 stars, but dinged it one because there were no spittoons in the otherwise realistic-looking saloon. And there was a television over the bar, and electricity in the...

Fall River Hotel and Restaurant. In business since 1935. Charming courtyard and nice rooms leading into the courtyard. Dinner at the restaurant convenient and hard to beat. Breakfast is also available. The bar area seems friendly too.

We stayed at the hotel in the courtyard section, good modern rooms with air, fan kitchenette and spacious bathroom with decent water pressure. The TV was another story, hard to turn off or on with a confusing remote. The bar - great draft beer especially the hefeweizen, friendly helpful bartenders and nice decor. The restaurant - good food nice decor,...

I really liked the charm of this place. It has a restaurant and a bar attached to it, we were on the third floor with two bed rooms and two bathrooms and a living room the only thing it was missing was an air conditioner! We had an interesting view from our deck..... a bit of an old run down...

We did not have a reservation, so we ended up in one of the units above the garage - which from reading other reviews I gather are not the best. The room was actually a small suite, with a sitting room (with supposedly a pull out sofa bed which we didn't need so didn't try out), a bedroom with a...

We stayed in the top floor suite as a family of five. The hotel itself was charming in a small town kind of way. The suite however was not as clean as we would have liked with cobwebs on the floor. The sofa bed was not made up and when we used the microwave the fuse blew. The main problem...

This little hotel was a great stop on a road trip. It is the triple threat of nice hotel, good restaurant and a great little bar with several local taps. The room was nice although dated. Very clean and well kept rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful and the rates reasonable. All in all a great spot...

I love this hotel. The restaurant and breakfast cafe are just fine, always a colorful character in the bar, very friendly staff. Newer rooms are larger and have some more amenities. Older rooms on upper floors are pretty funny. Personally I find them charming and you can walk out on to the porch above the street.

We stayed here with three other couples. The hotel is cute and has a nice patio. The owners daughter served us at dinner in the restaurant. She was delightful. Unfortunately the rooms weren't. Two of the couples had downstairs rooms off the courtyard. We had an upstairs room off the courtyard as did another couple in our group. The downstairs...

The good advice I received was to get a Courtyard room. These were constructed in 2005, so they are pretty standard for low cost accommodations in size and finish. The historic building is an acquired taste, and I cannot speak to the other rooms, although I've heard the rates are compelling. While our room was clean, the queen sized bed...
