This only thing this hotel has going for it is its proximity to Fallbrook. It is a fail on every other level. My room was dirty - from waking into a cob web at the front door to the spiders in the corners. Everything was old and outdated, even the toilet which barely flushed after a couple of minutes. It... Reserved what they assured me was their best room for a 1 night stay after a house warming bash for friends who'd just moved to Fallbrook. Resort is hard to find (poorly signed) and the welcome at the front desk was sad. The room, once we found it, was a great disappointment--it stank with mildew or some other unpleasant musty... More

The hotel is located in north San Diego County adjacent to the Pala Mesa golf course. The setting is nice quiet country like. Nice patio for relaxation on ground floor. Restaurant and bar seem to be nice, but we didn't visit. Room is nicely sized, but tired and needing of upgrade and maintenance. Seems to be stuck in the '80s.... More

In our mind a resort offers a level of amenities and comforts not expected in a roadside motel. Pala Mesa may have lovely golf, but there are few basic comforts to be found here. The rooms are shabby, the television is an old, small analog beast; the pillows are hard, the room fridge buzzes loud enough to wake you in... More

Great customer service, polite and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable, had nice patio with table and chairs outside back door. Everything seemed to work okay, had small refrigerator. Comfortable bed. We weren't there to play golf, but it looked like a great place for that.

Six of us decided to take a trip to Temecula for golf and girl time. We had so much fun. The Golf course was a bit challenging but in good shape, the resort and restaurant staff were both accommodating and friendly and we look forward to returning. There was some confusion with regard to our bill when we tried to... More

Bad experience, requested a King, they gave me two beds. The Bride's room, had a bad air conditioning, first room they gave her smelled. My other daughter's room, they gave her key when she walked in the room wasn't made. Staff in front desk cold and not friendly.

I stayed at Pala Mesa Resort for four days. The first three nights were fine. There was some leaf blowing at 5:30 am outside my window but on the whole, it was ok but the fourth night was something else. Friday night there was a wedding, and there was a little bit of noise late at night but Saturday night... More

This was THE WORST BRUNCH I HAVE EVER HAD, EEEEVVVEEERRRR! The food was cold at every station, and I tolerate cold food. I am a mother after All! I accidentally dropped a cover for the food and it was a place I couldn't get at but the staff could. It remained there the entire brunch. We were waiting on shrimp,... More
