Uffa G. And his lovely mate offer a beautiful stay in Northern California with a fusion of the Netherlands and the Oreint. The acclimation are best, clean and creative. Nice stop on the PCH. If you stand more that 6'1, the bed is a bit short but it is only for one night or two.

Perfect for families. We were there: my husband and I and our two sons. Our room had two separate rooms, one where the kids slept and the other one for us. It is surrounded by woods where the kids could play by themselves. The room had also a nice little balcony. The owner gave us some good recommendations for dinner...

What a great little place in Ferndale. Lovely hosts, great room. We stayed in the little apartment which was really comfortable. Everything you need. Plenty towels, bedding, coffee making and even water supplied in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if we pass this way. Ferndale is a lovely little town too with some fab shops. We're so glad we went a short distance out of our way to stay at the Ye Olde Danish Inn. The owners greeted us and quickly got us settled into our private cottage. They helped with the luggage and carefully explained the cottage layout and generous amenities. We then walked into town for a fantastic dinner. The cool evening breezes...

Several visits to Ferndale and found Ye Olde Danish Inn, simply the best place in Ferndale to spend a few nights. A quick walk from the center of Ferndale, the rooms are exceptional, comfortable and quiet. The owners are fascinating, wonderful people. My son and I were on a 2500 mile motorcycle ride and needed a couple of quiet nights....

I really can't say with enough emphasis how genuinely sweet these innkeepers are, or how perfect their rooms are. We had a rental camper van break down on us after eight days camping and got towed to the bottom of the driveway at Ye Olde Danish Inn. We were scruffy, filthy, two hours later than we meant to be, and...

We spent only one night at Ye Olde Danish Inn, but we promised ourselves already that we are coming back. The inn is located at the end of hidden uphill driveway. We rented Aalborg suite. The rooms are very clean and furnished in a way that creates a feeling of visiting a part of old Denmark. From the deck we...

We spent the night of Friday, June 5th, in the quaint quarters of Ye Olde Danish Inn. The quarters were very spacious (enough room for us and our 15 year old daughter without tripping over each other), and were very clean and comfortable. We absolutely fell in love with Ferndale and the Inn, and can't wait to get back there,...

This is a spotless,, hidden gem: part B&B, part house(!) with comfortable & spacious rooms overlooking the hillside to the town & toward the ocean in 180 degree views, it is a five minute walk to shops, restaurants & only a four minute drive to the ancient redwoods. Uffe, the owner, and his wife are exceptionally helpful, unobtrusive hosts. I...

I stayed here for 1 night on a road trip down the coast in May. The property is set away a few blocks from town with the drive up a small hill overlooking the pastures of Ferndale, so you will have peace and quiet here, with the occasional mooing cow to set the mood. I stayed in the Copenhagen Suite...

On the 10 acres private estate overlooking the Victorian Village of Ferndale, the Inn offers seclusion and plenty of room to breathe, while within proximity to the wonderful recreational opportunities for which the Redwood Coast is famous: redwood forests (nature’s cathedrals), secluded beaches, pristine nature preserves and lot of wildlife. As an added bonus a town that invites you to step back in time. We are located only a 4 to 5 hour scenic drive (Highway 101) north of San Francisco, CA and about 3 miles in from the Pacific ocean.
