This is hotel Is nice. I stayed in 202 and 143 and both rooms are recently remodeled and I thought they were done pretty well. My pillows smelled a bit like smoke and the beds were like sleeping on cement slabs. I didn't sleep more than 5 hours total in the whole three nights I was there I was that... More

We stopped here for the night out of necessity after driving nearly 800 miles. Front desk service was slow and unfriendly. Our room was just okay, seemed dingy and the chair in the room should have been contributed to Goodwill long ago.The overall surroundings did not feel safe. The breakfast in the morning was easily the worst Best Western breakfast... More

Sorry we have been under remodel for about a year and a half, and you have experienced the same issues on your stays at the Best Western Apricot Inn, just for your information we will be remodeling the lobby next. We do wash the mattress pads but sometimes the stain will not come out, so it is upto the housekeeper... More

All three visits had the same issues. The place is being updated but the work in the rooms looks sloppy. All three rooms did not look vacuumed but maybe it's the vacuum not the maid. The room smells strong of perfume and the fitted sheet under the one you sleep on had blood or something on it meaning they changed... More

I-5 had construction so ended staying here, which was a great surprise. It is located in a truck stop area. The hotel was being remodeled, had truck parking, and really nicely done. There was breakfest, which was good.

Good place to stop for the night, nice staff, clean room, comfy beds, everything worked, free parking, hot eggs & coffee for breakfast. (you gotta be kidding, you won't accept this review because it is too short? so now I have to add meaningless words to a good review; amazing)

Hotel is undergoing renovation, so lots of materials stacked up out front. At this phase, door locks are new, but carpets are still old. Staff is nice, but something went seriously wrong with housekeeping that night. Transmission goes out in the middle of nowhere, at midnight, so I barely pull into exit 36B on Interstate 5. At 2:30 a.m., Road... More

Sorry you experienced the inconvenience of the rooms not being cleaned by housekeeping. We investigated this situation and there was miscommunication with the desk clerk and the housekeeper. We have addressed this problem with all the staff to ensure this does not occur again. Again, we apologize and hope we have solved this issue. Sincerely, Sharon Bates More

I asked for non-smoking twice. My first room had a fan on the floor drying wet carpets with chairs on the bed. It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The second attempt I received another "smokers" room that smelled even worse with two sopping wet rags on the floor in the corner. I pulled my sheets back to find a small... More

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have been renting our non-smoking rooms with no complaints of cigarette smell. As for the spider, we have Terminex out monthly who sprays outside of the entire building, around the perimeter of the motel grounds and he sprays inside of five rooms, which we alternate. We are located in the country... More

It's on the I-5 corridor, convenient stopover for a long drive from anywhere, and about 2.5 hrs S of the Bay Area. They are updating things, so some of the reviews that complain about it have been heard. It is quite clean, quiet, and comfortable with plenty of room. Wish I'd brought shorts or a swim suit, pool looks refreshing.... More

One is always wary of interstate hotels int he middle of nowhere, but this was a great place to stay. I was working over night in the area and this was a quiet, clean, comfortable place. I would come back.
