Would downstairs work for my husband who has Parkinson's and can't go up many stairs or narrow stairs? What are the bathrooms like? Any grab bars in shower? Or raised toilet?
And mosquitos? Are they a problem? Or other insects?
Heat a problem? Air conditioning? Fan?
