I spent a week at this hotel due to my work. It was my first time here and I will definitely not stay in this hotel in the future. The room was comfortable despite its size and the staffs are nice and helpful. The food was terrible. Not only there were not many choices, it was not tasty as well....

Stay for only 1 night. With the price, i can say it's totally worth it. It's located in k.perlis & surrounded Ikan Bakar Restaurant...no problem to find food here. The facilities were outdated but I don't go for vacation to watch tv so it was okay for me. Room's clean and cozy...Please upgrade to led TV..tv too small.

As we walked to our room, the corridor is quite messy. Old mattress is here and there. In the room, the furniture is old school. Mini bar, iron and iron board( sadly no iron board for my room) are provided. Based on the review, water heater is also provided but again not in my room. The management need to do...

Took a double room for 5 nights. Room was big but run down. There were small holes on the bedsheet; toilet/shower had a funny smell; no hot water was available; aircond was pointing straight at bed next to wall. Service was also subpar, we had to dial room service 4/5 times before someone answered and the plates were left uncollected...

Good Location, its bright side. Near Kuala Perlis jetty as well as "KOMA Laut" , food courts for various superb seafood dining. Great for seafood lovers. But the hotel room was too small for family. Maintenance wasnt really good. Quite dirty. Not really worth the money

It is a bit rundown and a major upgrade was needed. Breakfast was alright although every dish tasted like they were fried with a huge chunk of margarine. The good perks of this hotel was that it was very near to the ferry terminal and that there was a variety of seafood restaurant right in front of the hotel. BRING...

This is my stop after a long drive from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Perlis. Am not a highway driver when driving for a holiday. 7 to 8 hours driving i will spend a night here. Hot shower, clean toilet and bathroom just nice. Entering the room is not so good when the smell of old furniture is disturbing. Am ready...

Nice, big & clean but yet cheap room. Strategic location because just walking distance to lots of seafood place and ferry jetty to Langkawi island. Since the hotel is by the sea, we can have a nice sunset view. I think, if the hotel have swimming pool for my family, it can be rated as at least 4 star. The...
