We stayed here for blizzcon. The rooms were a lot nicer than the Hilton where the convention was being held. It was clean, the room service was great, and the only complaint i had was the disgusting smell that they pumped into the lobby and the restaurant was. This kept me out of going to their restaurant or bar, and had to walk through covering my face to not breathe it in. It doesn't even smell like they attempted a pleasant smell, it had more of a really cheap aerosol deodorant. It was very harsh and irritated my lungs. I wish hotels would stop this as people have asthma, allergies, and chemical sensitivities to fragrances. The only positive was that it was not pumped into the rooms which would have been it for me.

The other bizarre thing I found is that the breakfast menu for room service looks like its 20 years old, where everything was low fat, high carb. They should offer more dishes that weren't based on low fat foods or just egg whites. The nice thing was I was able to just write in on the menu what I wanted and they provided.

We spent four nights here for a Disneyland trip and had a very nice visit.

I used to stay at this property about a decade ago when it was brand new and the hotel has been refreshed and is, for the most part, really pretty and fresh. Some of the furniture in the rooms is a bit worn but otherwise the rooms look great.

There were a couple service failures during our trip that were a little bothersome. Yesterday morning two housekeepers (one male and one female) had a very loud argument in the room next to ours (btw we know they were housekeepers because the cart was in the hallway outside the room) and another day the same male housekeeper let himself into our room despite the Do Not Disturb sign being on the door.

But the nastiest and weirdest thing is the smoking area. Why in the world would you set up a smoking area immediately on both sides of the hotel’s front door? This is a Sheraton property, not a Motel 6. Every single time guests come and go from the main entrance you need to run the gauntlet of smoke and overflowing ashtrays. Seriously, didn’t anyone think this out?

Overall a really good stay but some better attention by management could certainly have made it even better.

The hotel was decent although I had to call for housekeeping to clean my room. My worst experience however was upon check out when I was told that my bill could not be broken into meals vs lodging. One young man insisted on telling me it was company policy not to do so when I assured him that other Sheraton's I have stayed at had no problem in doing so. He was arrogant and insistent that what he was saying was fact. He.would not listen nor concede that I might be right. The staff here needs training on how to deal with their customers as well as how to break out a bill.

Hotel was updated and clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but you can hear people walking above you. Our room had a very strong clove smell to it. Not sure if it was the person before us or if that is a scent they use when they clean (it was not appealing at all). We did have to wait two hours after check time in to actually get into our room. Parking was a mess. There is very little close parking, you have to park in a hidden lot on the property that is dark, kind of scary and was a pain when we checked out with all our bags. Seems to be the new norm for hotels in this area though.

We are willing to give it another try.

Due to the house being fumigated, we were happy to find a hotel with wonderful reviews. We had a stressful packing to the hotel due to a situation in which one of the employees, an older, burly gentleman with the white short hair made me and my mother completely uncomfortable. After we just checked in, we asked for a trolley for our luggage to bring to the room. While we understand that the hotel might not have enough for all their guests, that gentleman approached me letting me know that they need back the trolley as soon as possible, which we agreed that is understandable and my family will be as quick as possible and wrote down the room number we will be staying. We were already in the front unloading the car and running to the room but he approached my elderly mom this time to warm us again unfortunately he made her feel threatened as I was already trying to unload. She was extremely uncomfortable, she already had a rough time understanding English and the treatment she had been through with anti-Asian racism. I decided to just rush it so we can return the trolley but 10mins later after we reach the room to unload the last load, this gentleman went to our room to take it back. He had to tell us 3 times after I assured him that we’ll be done as quickly as I could since it takes a bit to run up and down the floors to the farthest room. I had to carry up the rest of my luggage by hand since my family and I felt extremely threatened. I know that they need it for the other guests but it seems that we were the only ones being asked so much.
Fortunately, we spoke to the manager and he made the rest of the stay more pleasant. He was polite and considerate of the situation plus he dealt with it personally. However, this trip still has left us a sour taste due to that employee.

I wish I could give this hotel 5 stars, because the majority of the staff is just wonderful and very welcoming. The reason I won’t give it five stars is because room service never came to our room. I was there from Thursday- Monday and on Saturday I asked Sasha at front desk if I could have room service come to our room and to refresh our towels, and they never showed. I don’t think Sasha was the problem here, she was very nice and courteous. I asked her again on Sunday and room service never showed up. It was pretty frustrating to have to take out our own garbage. I also wanted my sheets refreshed because one of them had a blue string that kept getting stuck on me at night.

When we checked out we expressed the problems to the young lady at front desk and she seemed unbothered about the situation.

The waiters at their restaurant are honestly the reason why I would ever consider going back to this hotel. During our stay we had breakfast at the hotel everyday with our little one. They were super friendly and patient with our son. We had three different male/hispanic waiters that I can’t remember their names but they were so nice! My son even learned to give thumbs up because of them.

Extremely disappointed in the service that I received at this property..especially being a Marriott hotel. To start off, arriving at the hotel the exterior was extremely dirty..trash cans overflowing with garbage, spills in the parking lot and stains on the concrete made it seem like theres no attention or care to the outside? Not too good on the first impression..arriving in the lobby it was nice however at check-in I was checked in by the front desk supervisor who didnt recognize my Marriott Bonvoy elite membership? no additional assistance offered? no breakdown of amenities? the check didnt seem like a check in you would get at a Marriott hotel. Upon entering the room, it was okay, only bad thing would be the mattresses, they are very hard and make a lot of noise if you are moving around on them. The next day I call down to the front desk to request my room to be serviced as I was leaving for the day and upon my return, I enter the bathroom, and the lights are on and women's make up is on my sink?? I also seen a water bottle on the desk area that is not mine? I take these items down to the front desk and show the supervisor and all i get is "sorry about that"..no interest on how it happened, no sense of security for guests or anything else. I had mentioned that it looks like someone was in my room and there was no further action? On day of departure I had asked for a later check out, just 1 hour past regular check out time which is 11 and the front desk sounded annoyed and let me know I could only get 30 mins extra and anything after that I will be charged. As a Marriott Bonvoy member and a guest in general this was very disappointing overall..will not be staying again.

We spent five days in this hotel with friends and the service we had was amaizing, specially at the restaurant. The restaurant employees besides providing us with good food and drinks, answered our questions and gave us tips about shooping, dinning outside the hotel and Disneyland. That was a great help.
Alm of them spoke very good spanish.

The guy working in the restaurant was very rude and was racist. We booked this hotel and it included breakfast. When I went to the breakfast the guy said we cannot eat there as that card for breakfast was not valid in restaurant as it was for the lounge on 7th floor. However the front desk had to straighten this out and told us to go inside to the restaurant. You need to talk to this amigo working in the restaurant as this is not the first time he has been rude to us and he is racist. I tipped the lady in the restaurant $20 and wrapped it in a napkin as I didn’t want that jerk to get a penny of my tip.

Hotel is nice, pool and hot tub are good. The walk is decent about 15 mins to Disneyland. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms don’t have much sound proofing you can hear the road and other people and dogs barking, on top of it they’re doing construction. Started hammering at about 645 am woke me up not very impressed. There is food option but the restaurants mainly consists of pizza

The last time I checked (Aug 2019) they have their own shuttle service that you have to pay for and is shared with other hotels down that way. I don’t remember the exact cost but it was more than ART. I really liked this hotel but decided to stay at a hotel closer to Disneyland due to the shuttle issue.

How often does the shuttle run?

The shuttle runs every 30 min. It leaves on the 15 and 45 mark from the hotel and the 00 and 30 mark from Disneyland! We used it for 4 days and it was promt every time except once where it was 10 minutes late because one of the shuttles broke down
