TL;DR: I read about this hotel in Sunset Magazine and fell in love. The grounds here are stunning along with the exterior of the hotel and the lobby/main hotel area (the interior of our room was kind of bland, though -- but it appears exactly as it is on the website. Some of the rooms are cuter than ours with... More

Thank you Debbie T for your thoughtful review! Also, thank you for the time for taking my call as well. Once again, we sincerely apologize for your experience at our hotel. We try very hard to be accommodating to all guests and requests. We will definitely take the necessary steps to make sure all gluten-free/celiac guests are well aware of... More

We stayed at Olea during a recent 3 night wine country visit. We wished we could have stayed longer. We did not want to leave. No detail was left undone. Kent greeted us on arrival and had wine open and ready for tasting. Our room was amazing, with a fireplace, heated bathroom floor, great balcony, comfy bed. The breakfasts were... More

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. There were 7 couples and we all enjoyed it. My husband and I stayed in lower cottage #9 it was secluded and delightful. The tile floor is heated, the sheets are so comfy! Every morning was a different, interesting, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed meeting around the fire pit, but... More

We stayed at the Olea Hotel for 4 nights on a recent wine trip to Sonoma/Napa. The location was ideal for us, as it was convenient to the places we chose to visit in Sonoma/Napa Counties. The hotel is located within walking distance of good restaurants and the outstanding Glen Ellen Village Market (although the road leading to Olea requires... More

Lovely hotel with bed & breakfast charm and excellent staff. Rooms were modern, and accessible via different buildings with wraparound porches. Our bed was ultra soft. We enjoyed movies on DirectTV after visiting the wineries and the heated bathroom floors with modern his and her sinks. Staff was happy to accommodate my request to send up a more powerful blow... Great location with nice accommodations. Shower is great. Breakfast is terrific and staff are pleasant and helpful. Nice wine tasting one of the nights we were there. Parking is a little bit of a challenge but manageable.

I can't say enough good about this lovely new B&B in Sonoma County! Only 4 years old, this place looks and smells brand new. With lovely, friendly, helpful staff, just about the best breakfasts Ive ever had, and a cozy, like home feel, I didn't want to leave! Gretchen at the desk was the best! She even helped me secure... We loved staying at Olea with 6 other couples for a great week of wine tasting. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic. They arranged for a terrific masseuse. The breakfasts were very gourmet (almost too much so) and wine tastings were nice. Staff was very helpful in arranging tours. We would stay there again!
