We recently stayed in one of the luxury cabins, and although it was far better than a tent, it has room for improvement. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets, the kitchen was clean and well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Towels were clean and quality, shower was perfect! However great these amenities were, I feel that the...

This place is great for families with lots of activities for children or ideal for a romantic getaway. We experienced it in the spring, everything was beautiful and the park is well kept. The staff are very helpful. I look forward to returning soon.

We had a reservation to spend the night on our way into Yosemite. Weather caused major issues in Yosemite during our intended stay. Most of our activities were cancelled. More importantly the north road into Yosemite past the Yosemite Pines resort was closed by snow. We called to cancel (why stay if you can not then travel into the park)...

Hello Steven, We are sorry that your plans were interrupted by weather issues. However, the road to our resort remained opened and often the road closures to Yosemite are temporary and we have no way of determining the length of the road closure. Just as with other guests, we offered to change your reservation to other dates with no changes...

We recently spent several days here between Christmas and New Year's. I could see how if it was very busy, that it would be fairly tight quarters (though that is fairly common at RV spots). However, when we were there, it was not too busy, and we had a great time! We had three parts of our extended family travelling...

The worst place I've ever visited. Bad service, reps are rude. They were yelling at us. We were waiting for papers for hours. Place is cold. Even though they said it's warm place. Don't recommend to anybody.

We are sorry that you and your friend had such a difficult journey to our resort and arrived late. We do welcome late arrivals and accommodate guests by leaving check-in papers attached to the office door and leave the accommodations unlocked with the heat turned on for your arrival, as we did for you. Even though guests arrive late, once...

Electric and water hookups. Friendly staff. Great view of the stars. Pay attention to directions on the site. It's not hard to find, but gave tips about coming up the mountain pulling the RV. Petting zoo was a favorite with the kids.

Basic camp site with all the amenities you would require for a night or two. The Cabins are very cosy but not the most salubrious so would recommend minimising your nights here. Convenient stop if you're breaking up the drive into and across Yosemite!

We had a cabin for two nights. It was compact but had everything we needed. It was clean and the shower was great! Yes it's a little dated but we thought it was good value for money and we were happy. Only about half an hour drive from Yosemite a few minutes drive to Groveland where there's lots of places...

Arrived to our cabin with our pet, smelled like urine. Inspected the mattress for bed bugs and found a huge urine stain on the mattress. Sheets were not clean, there were hair on my sheets. The neighbors were rude to my fiancé and I and we did not feel welcomed there at all. The blinds were broken making our privacy in...

We are very sorry for your experience at our resort. As seasons change, we also transition staff so some issues were not reported to management for remedy, as they usually are. We also do not have record of your discussing the issues with our front office. It is our policy to remedy housekeeping problems immediately in the best interest of...

Had such a great time here last weekend! Fast check in and staff was so friendly. The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed including comfy beds. Kids enjoyed petting zoo and swimming pool. Cable channels were not working and neither was the DVD player so the teenagers were bummed because we rented movies to watch together at...
