We are always treated with great respect from the employees. We do have one complaint & it is not due to the management or employees. There were two couples that stayed here that were very inconsiderate of other guests. They left their dogs unattended in the cabins & they barked continuously while the people were gone. They seem to have...

Hello Frances, We appreciate your visits and thank you for your kind words about our employees. We are sorry that the guests left their barking dogs in their cabins and we will continue to enforce our policies for the consideration of all guests. We do look forward to seeing you again soon.

This campground is nicely located - it is located about an hour from the entrance to Yosemite Valley and five minutes from Groveland, CA, which has a fairly nice grocery store. The sites are close together, and you may be far from the bathrooms (there are three bathroom/shower houses located throughout the park). There is one bathroom that my grandparents...

Hello Lori, We appreciate the 4 star rating and your understanding that the pool bathrooms are for sure heavily used by all who are enjoying the pool. Happy that you feel the pricing is good and we hope to see you again very soon.

We had a standard cabin for 2 nights and I was impressed by the cabin. It reminded me of the tiny houses everyone is so crazy about right now. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the ceiling fan was a nice addition to the AC unit. We loved the porch and the park was quiet. I...

Hello Erin, We are pleased that you will be returning to Yosemite Pines Resort and we appreciate the 4 star rating. So others reading this will know, we always state that the distance to the gates is 22 miles as some folks don't travel all the way to the valley, which then is about an hour from the Resort. Happy...

I was three days in a yurt that had no shade and a gravel road for a view. There was a picnic bench in front of the yurt with a BBQ which would be enveloped in a dust cloud every time someone drove by. The inside of the yurt was nice, but it was unbearably hot from 10am to 6pm,...

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Premium Cabins were well equipped for families, so you could find all necessary items, linens, towels, etc. The space itself was comfortable. Some cobwebs around the cabin and tears in the couch cushion fabric. The pool was a decent size, though the area could use more chairs and/or lounge chairs. Many...

Thank you for taking the time to review and we are pleased that the premium cabins and our staff met your expectations. We are working to improve the cable at times when the construction won't interfere with the comfort of the guests. We hope to see you again soon.

This place was just ok. The front office is run by a revolving bunch of older women, some more friendly than others, some who perhaps they're working as secretary's for the White House by their attitude! No cable tv working at all and Internet service was unreliable for most of the 7 night stay, mentioned it to someone at the...

We are pleased that you found some of our staff friendly and we are working to help all understand that great CS is a consistent standard. The cable was damaged by early season storms and we are repairing it at times when the work won't interfere with the guests' experience. We appreciate everyone's patience.

We stayed here for a night at the "deluxe" cabin during our visit to Yosemite and were very dissapppointed. The lady at the front desk was really not able to explain what "deluxe" meant when we checked in. The wooden picnic table outside the cabin was dirty, stained and falling apart for a $200/night cabin (we booked late last week...

On our trip to California we decided to spend a couple of days in Yosemite. This RV park is not too far from the Yosemite entrance and with the camping cabins seemed like a great option since we weren't going to be in an RV. When we arrived at 8pm on a Thursday night, we were promptly told that the...

This place does well only because it is close to Yosemite National Park, but it's certainly no resort. RVs park on the side of a very dirty & dusty mountainside. If you have a class A or large 5th wheel, you will most likely scratch it on tree branches. Our parking spot was not even remotely level. Wifi did not...
