Our stay at this inn was not one of our fonder memories of our long awaited 10 day California adventure. The room we were in had a terrible smell and someone attempted to take care of it by plugging in an air fresherner that only made it worst. We eventually were moved to another room but it did not have...

First - their cancelation policy is 7 days - don't be fooled that it's 24 hrs. Our room that we reserved was rented to someone else - they didn't even call us to let us know. When we showed up, they told us.

The room was $203 per night, during the week, not even on the weekend and was a dump. The ceiling fan did not work and the owner just said," you don't need a ceiling fan". Hope they go out of business.

This place made a great first impression. Very scenic with well kept grounds and a beautiful river flowing in the background. There are also some nice, nearby trails that can be explored. But, we were quickly disappointed by a large number of small problems that you wouldn't expect when paying $170/night. 1) There were plenty of plates in the kitchen,...

I would never stay here if at all possible. Massively over priced and completely sub par. The shower head was broken, the Internet didn't work, and there was a rather Nasty and threatening letter saying that if we used any of the dishes in the room there is a $30 fee. No clue what that was about and the list...

The owners and staff were very gracious and helpful, keep in mind though, that they are not always sitting right at the front desk. Be prepared to practice patience (it's a virtue) for a minute before they get to you. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities including coffee maker, TV, and alarm clock. The shower was...

We arrived at Yosemite without having made any reservations (silly us) and at the Visitor Centre at the Big Oak Flat Gate (western end of Yosemite) they kindly gave us a list of nearby inns, motels and hotels. Staying in Yosemite is VERY expensive so we decided to stay as close to the park as reasonably possible. Riverside Inn is...

My boyfriend and I were very excited to spend our vacation camping in Yosemite. Our plan was to spend the first night in a hotel outside of the park because campsites fill up early in the morning and we did not want to wake up at 4am to drive from Sacramento just to get a site. We booked in advance...

We wanted to stay either in the Yosemite park or as close as possible and this was the only one available. Our group included self, spouse, father and mother-in-laws. I read the reviews *after* making my reservations and was very worried by the negatives ("stinking sheets", noise, bad service, etc) and thought about carrying our own sheets! We stayed in...

Don't believe anything as it is described on the website. I have stayed in many types of accomodations in the past but this was by far the worst. Our family stayed in the "Deluxe Room" but the room was far from deluxe. The room was filthy. The carpet looked as though it had not been vacuumed in weeks and there...
