Pool chairs are absolutely filthy, pool decks are dirty, your feet are black after walking across the pool deck, patio area is filthy! Pools need vacuumed! They just hosted a large Elks Group of 300 plus and this is what it looked like.

What can we say..Fun, Fun, Fun. There is so much to do here from pickleball, sand and water volleyball, water exercise along with a beautiful equipment exercise room. Beautiful clubhouse, very friendly staff. Great people come here as snowbirds!

The front office receptionist kept giving us wrong information. The manager seemed extremely judgemental and unwilling to help in any way. I looked up there standards they go by when they determine what RV that they will let enter and my rig did not violate any of there

Can you tell me if their is any age restrictions on rv's coming to your resort?
No but they will charge you $10 per kid and they are not allowed anywhere in the park but the pool.

Do you have restrictions on the age of the Motorhome that can stay at your resort?
We have never encountered an age restriction on the motorhomes that enter this park. As long as your rig is clean, not in disrepair, and completely self-contained, it is fine

Is this campground for retired people only? Or are families welcome?
It is 55 and over park. Children may come for a few days but no lengthy stays.

"Don't pick a site near Home Depot or along Devonshire St."
"The closer you park to the pool area the higher the daily/monthly rate will be."
"Ask for a space away from the entrance on Florida (74). Its the main road through town and can be noisy."
