I like the fact that the check in process was fast. I arrived gave my name and that was it. I also like it’s location a Dennys is right across for convenience just temper not to park at their area, there is a sign for visitors of the lodge not to park in Denny since they are towing.

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our vacation. They are located in the middle of a busy city and have a large number of restaurants and stores nearby. The front desk receptionist was nice. I saw a pool, but we did not use it. The bathtub stopper did not work. The room was a little dirty and wasn't cleaned well in all spots. The air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable.

I like the fact that the property has armed and unarmed security inside the property. That made my family feel safe and secured. The hallways and stairways need to be kept clean at all times. They were dirty with black spots all over the place.

As soon as we walked into the room we were hit with a pungent smell of dog poop as if the room was never cleaned. We immediately walked out and demanded a refund. They tried to get us to stay by offering "clean" rooms. They should've offered this to us from the jump and even the other options were not much cleaner . They repeatedly tried to say that we weren't gonna get a better place for the price and even said they had another property that was better , the Quality Inn. If this property is cleaner... Why do you not hold all your properties to the same standards? Just because it's 10 dollars cheaper for the night , does that mean you neglect the cleanliness and maintenance of your property? And we actually did find a cheaper property at the best western and had 100000000X TIMES better experience.

If Steven King had wrighters Block this is the room for him. First of all you need to leave a $60 to $100 cash deposit. The Front desk actually told me how much cash do you have in your wallet like there's a Ransom for my stay. Rooms looked like one of those 70s Porn movies .. the lamp shades are all rip and damaged and there was only one lightbulb that worked. The toilet when you sit on it .. it moved back and forth.. the front desk looked like a homeless man and he is chained smoker because he had me wait 25 minutes to get my deposit back .."He needed to finish his cigarettes"

Be sure to dodge this lodge in your travels! Our "smoke free" room had cigarette burn marks on the door and counters. The stagnant mold and smoke were having a battle to see who was stronger! Because they didn't have any other rooms, and we needed smoke free for health reasons, they charged us the first night as if we stayed or no-showed for our reservation!

I took some items to my car at 10:50 (check was at 11). Went back to my room to retrieve the rest of my belongings and I was locked out of my room. Stood in line for 20 minutes and then the hotel worker escorted me back to the room, opened the door and monitored as I got the rest of my things. Then they kept my $100 room incidentals deposit because I checked out LATE (due to them locking me out of my room a few minutes early)! This $100 was MORE than I paid for each night of my two night stay (approximately $82 a night). What a scam and rip-off. I was very upset but they didn’t care.

Im not this person even leave a review at all but this place was not okay. Especially not for a family. The place is nothing to the pictures portrayed. Believe me, I was booked for non smoking room but the rooom reeked of cigarette. To add There was stains everywhere, broken appliances and to add this place was not sanitized. The front desk girl was cool and cooperative with my situation. Other than her being helpful, This place needs a 180.

We were trying to find a hotel very last minute on a trip to Lake Elsinore. It’s very hard to find a decent hotel that accepts a small dog. Everything was either too expensive or fully booked. So we looked farther out and found Hemet. Not know the area, we chose Travelodge by Wyndam. The pictures seemed ok, they accepted pets and the price was right. Once we got there, we could see that there was a criminal element there. The lobby was closed, so a walk up window was provided. The parking is extremely limited as they share a lot with Denny’s. We did feel good about the whole thing, so we left and just went home.

Room never made up towels never removed replaced. Garbage cans never empty
They ignored our room for the 4 days we stayed. We had to. Go out and ask for fresh towels complained, didn't make a difference. We paid good money and received 1¢ service
