We wanted a suite with accessible needs to allow him to sleep and me to work without being in same room. No suite options offered. Took room 4002. Hotels really need to have someone in a wheel chair use a room and see how "accessible" it really is. Entry and bathrooms have marble tiles that are difficult to go over...

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. The tv's are huge, the pool was great. So many people leave the pool and leave their towels on the chairs so it's hard to find a place to sit. The pool drinks are expensive. Beautiful property.

This hotel is not good for adults. Thousands of small children. No problem with children, but there is no reserved pool or chairs for adults. Only one restaurant. Would not recommend if adult only trip. Probably good for trip with young children.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your recent stay. We are certainly a very family friendly resort on weekends, holidays and during spring break. We certainly do cater to couples at all times, however the best times to visit would be mid-week and during the fall & winter weekends. We hope you're able to return...

I stayed here from March 20th till the 26th. I was put in a room on the 7th floor with a view of the pool and mountains. The room seems dated and time for an update but overall it was fine but nothing to WOW at especially for a Renaissance. Where this place really falls short is the restaurants at...

We were looking for a good spot and chose this place because of the Travel Zoo special they are running right now. We liked the easy check in with TZ vouchers, the comfortable beds and bedding, the family-friendly pool area and the nice, yet not pretentious vibe of the resort. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Before I get into the issues at the pool, I want to make sure I mentioned that the hotel is very nice, clean and has great service. The rooms are excellent and the on site restaurants are good. Sounds like it was a great place until we got to the pool. It was crazy poolside and you need a football...

We hope you're able to return in the future at a time when the atmosphere at our pool is...

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Indian Wells Resort and Spa and it was wonderful. The pool is enormous so even though it was spring break, it was never really crowded. There is a small beach area with zero entry which is great for the younger children. The staff was great. The only con is the air conditioning in the...

I had a room facing the pool. It was a bit loud with the pool noise and courtyard noise at night and in the morning so if you are a light sleeper probably not great. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. Cava restaurant has good food and I loved the lemon ricotta pancakes. I...

Spent a recent weekend here. We liked the rooms but felt that the pool area left much to be desired. Weaknesses: Pool area was a bit of a zoo teeming with kids and inflatable pool toys. No chairs were available. Most chairs were unoccupied but "reserved" with towels and no other belongings. There was no attempt to enforce turnover of...

Company decided to have our annual convention at this property in January. This is a wonderful and beautiful resort. The three days spent on the property was spent mostly at the ballroom and meeting rooms. The pool, bar and two restaurants on property seemed to handle the influx of guests pretty well this particular weekend. If this was not during...
