I selected this hotel since it was close proximity to an RV park where friends were staying. I gave this hotel only 3 stars because of the following issues.
Entering the hotel was kind of a surprise. The lobby where the front desk is located...More
I have been here during the summer for 2 years in a row with family. I have stayed in the suite and I really like the space. Though I think it deserves a little updating. The pool area is nice and clean. Great atmosphere. Staff...More
We have stayed at this hotel a few times as we love the location and sitting in the garden by the pool, looking at the mountains is lovely. However, we found the passageway carpets to be very dirty, and there was a musty smell. Our...More

We have stayed here twice. The pool isn't awful at all. But, during the hot summer months, the water temperature can get a bit warm. The rooms do come with mini refrigerators. Just remember to plug the fridge in when you arrive. This is a nice hotel, with clean, updated rooms. We have no reservations about recommending this hotel.

Not really. But Palm Springs is only about a 15 minute drive. If they would like a spa day I would definitely suggest the spa at the Miramonte Indian Wells Resort and Spa. It has mineral pool, and waterfall seating area in secluded spot, balcony to sit and read out of sun, can order food, can use hot tub and pools of the hotel as well. A day pass is $30 or all is included with a treatment.
