This park was purchased by Sun Resort in the summer of 2016. A new manager was brought on board in December. We have been coming to Indian Wells RV Resort for years. We love the location, the people are so friendly and we liked all the vegetation in the park. What we found this year was that the maintenance of...

For the first time that we are using our Airsteam we stayed in this place. Office people extremely rude. On Sunday they close the office at 4:00PM. I asked for some water at 4:00pm and the lady ask me if was a emergency. It was a emergency because the Gym air conditioning was off and was a sauna inside there....

Expected a quiet, clean, peaceful week. Instead, our neighbor was performing a complete rehab on their rig under the watchful eye of the site staff. They admitted to knowing about it; but, did nothing. Grinding, sanding, welding, demolition. Unable to rest. In addition, reservations were made well enough in advance to guarantee that we would be next to our friends....

This RV park was clean, quiet and the showers in the women's restroom near the pool were adequate although they put a mat down in the shower that was hard to stand on for very long, so wear your flip flops. RV spaces were close together but there is a little lawn between them. There was wrong information on their...

Lots of permanents, but seemed like a ghost town... a snow-bird park. Quiet, nice pool. Bathrooms were fine, but shower valves were hard to figure without instructions. Small dog area which we didn't use.

We came into town and stayed here before and after we stayed at the time share we had. Very nice park! Bathrooms were clean, the pool was very refreshing and clean. It is an older park but it is very well maintained, and the price is right! They allow dogs, and have a dog park area. The wifi worked well....

Out of all the places i called for a spot for Stage Coach, This was the only one who didn't have elevated prices just because of the venue. There was a 4 day min, but that worked out just fine. Place was very clean and the staff was nice and very helpful. When i first called i was 86 on...

This is a nice older park with good pull thru lots. Hook ups were all great. We felt safe and had no problems. Was a good place to stay for a few days while visiting Indio and Palm Springs. Price was a great value.

We stayed at this park for just one night. The grounds are nicely kept - some lots have grass others are sand covered. The lots don't have picnic tables or fire rings. Staff are friendly and helpful and includes a person who directs you to your site. The park appears clean and well cared for. I overheard several people making...

“Site at the front of the park can be noisy from Jefferson Stree and Highway 111.”

“Call in advance to discuss the available spots with management. Not all spots can accommodate huge rigs nor are they drive thru. Avoid the rows nearest to Jefferson St as they are noisier.”

“Do not be pushed into accepting some crappy spot by wack job. 185 and 261 are like the road to Hell. It is quiet against the Date farm and birds will serenade you.”

“If you have a 45' with slides, drop your car and check the site out before winding through all those streets. They are willing to move you if they have the room.”
Rebekajean, 25 Feb 2014 | Read review
“The park is located on Jefferson in Indio, which is fairly busy, so you might want to ask for a spot away from the street. The park can accommodate up to 40 ft units but there are lots of smaller units here as well. There is a mix of park models and transient units. Sometimes you might be able to change spaces by asking the staff. There are also many park models for sale here starting at about $14,000 for a small older unit and up to $50,000 for a new unit.”
