Claim free shuttle.... only from airport, not to airport. Climbing pole went missing from outside of pack (strapped on), other bags' straps undone - thank heavens for padlocks)., while in luggage storage. Noisy. Thin walls. Rust in rooms. Outside, other 'guests' swear and abuse each other at full voice with distasteful language until all hours. Turns out, taxis will not...

The location is great, as you can take the airport shuttle to a station that is two-blocks away. [Take the Green Line G Bus via the Terminal Shuttle Connection area right outside of each terminal]. The neighborhood is not sketch and is well-lit (there were a few homeless hanging around the bus station, but there were police there as well)....

Great place for kids. Romance the whole package I love it would recommend to anybody definitely going to be here more often. I originally came here to LAX Suites for a business trip. I've been noticed how it is efficient or groups of all ages. Next time I'm in town I will definitely bring my daughter along for a mini...

What a pathetic excuse for a motel. The service was terrible. The receptionist, whom I believe was also one of the managers, were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We spent four nights at this place, and while we were there, our room wasn't cleaned once. (This was by no means the chamber maid's fault, as they had one...

Hotel was close to the airport, and cheap enough we could afford to have an afternoon nap due to Air Canada telling us we get to spend 24 hours in the airport and not offering us a hotel. Room was basic and dated. Dont go in expecting anything fancy and you will be fine. Would have rated 3 stars, but...

We stayed here last night because it's near LAX and I had an early flight this morning! That was the best feature about this motel. The rooms face the busy street, ok....but the place is just loud. Car alarms going off, ppl honking their horns all hrs of the night. Slamming motel room doors. Kids yelling and running on the...

The place was disgusting! The people were rude. I got screamed at by the manager and the front desk lady. They are VERY unprofessional and do not care about their customers. They over charged me and wouldn't refund me. They fought me and made a scene. I called and the manager screamed at me and hung up on me. The...

“DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL. The pictures they have and the services they claim to offer are a complete lie. They are below poor quality. Receptionists are rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. If you ID yourself as gay, bisexual, or other besides heterosexual, or if you are Latino, or if you have an accent, this hotel is not for you. Receptionist and the rest of people who runs this hotel are homophobic, racist, and discriminatory individuals. Who have no respect for their clients. They are not gay friendly, Latino friendly, or non English native speaker friendly.”
