Earning a 5* Review in all categories is not an easy task but Jackson Rancheria RV Park has done it. We had an amazing stay here in mid November and even were able to see all the lighted Christmas Trees the Rancheria decorates. Check in/out of the park was a breeze, interior roads are wide and easy to navigate. Our site was back in and long enough for our 45' coach plus the Jeep to park sideways in front. Wide cement pads with tables and green grass. The park is very well kept, very clean and has a great 1 mile walking trail around it. Convenient gas/grocery nearby with an amazing RV Wash that will accommodate up to 45' units. While I personally did not visit the Casino other in our party did and reported back that it was clean and fun (they said fun, but I don't think that means they won any $$$$. =-) Be sure however to visit the Casino and get a club card, it will you a better daily discount than Good Sam.

Jackson Rancheria RV Park will be put down as a "must visit" on our travels through California. Next time we will spend two weeks in this area instead of one, there is a lot do.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. We have been traveling for 75 days across country with our 2 boys (8&10yo) and this was our favorite stop! They didn’t want to leave and neither did we. Everything is spotless and super well maintained. Great pool, hot tubs, views, putt putt, dog park, free popcorn coffee and hot chocolate, and the list goes on!! Worth every penny. We also took the shuttle to the casino and ate at the Buffett. The kids were excited to eat some crab and it was all very affordable and the campground gives you coupons to use. Very impressed and we’ve seen a lot of parks on this trip.

DH and I wanted to go for one last trip of the year. This campground is level, plenty of space between spots, and beautiful views. We will be coming back :)
Even though the pool/spa is closed because of COVID, we came in February and sitting in the spa was amazing. Really nice campground.
*Only minus is there was dog waste around our site we cleaned up. They should check for this and clean it up before customers check in. (Of course dog owners SHOULD be more responsible, but we don’t live in should land).

We come to Jackson Rancharia at the first of August most every year. This year we recived an email stating that the pool would be closed August 1,2 but we can use hotel pool and pool will be open on the 3rd. Well its the third pool still wont be open and we will have to dragalll of our stuff and grandkids on shuttle up to hotel. We were given the option of cancel but we thought well as long as we will have the pool by Wednesday we will be fine.Had we known this we would have cancelled our trip . The folks in the office very nice and understanding but when you pay a premium price for an RV spot you expect more.

Started out great beautiful sites and then the morning to check out I was baffled by what happen. 9am we new power will be out but then as my husband is trying to put his table and items away in the compartment of the trailer we had worked come through with the blower and just rudely go through the site blowing fertilizer they just put on the lawn into the RV they literally walked thru the site at our door and then asked my husband at 9:30 to clean up the black hose and get it up off the lawn for them to water the lawn and fertilize. Our check out is not till 11am and it’s 9:30 asking us to pick up and move out of the way we paid for our time and from what happen we will never go back and we’re with a group of 6 and we never have had this happen before it was horrible and will never be back again. It’s sad when we like to let others know to refer places to people but this I will not give any.

What more can be said about this insanely popular RV Resort? We first were told about it 7 years ago when staying at 7 Feathers. Told it was on par. Getting weekend reservations was impossible when full-timing & only wanting to move weekly. And not plan a year in advance! No longer full-timing, we finally settled for a midweek visit in December when availability is abundant. Hard to put my finger on what makes this park so outstanding. Certainly the perimeter back-in sites, like ours, offered gorgeous views perched on high. I’m not a casino type but they do have awesome RV resorts. And this is exactly that.

FABULOUS!!!!
This property has it all!!! Picture perfect grounds, complete with nightly viewing of wild deer grazing on their manicured greens. You may visit a similar property, but nothing could possibly exceed the overall amenities of Jackson Rancheria. The drive up to the top of the hill from Highway 88 is simply beautiful. Everything is well kept and worth the trip. Hotel, casino, dining, hot tubs, and the nicest and friendliest staff of any facility I have ever visited. All this and the wonderful smell of wall to wall tall pine trees. Just the best, for the best. This resort has it all. Look forward to our next visit

This is the nicest rv park within 200 miles. We wish all rv parks were this clean, neat and scenic as this one. They set a very high bar to top. We always have a great time here. This group knows how to operate a park.
Every time we return home we remark about good our stay was, and how soon we can get back. Even the people who run the shuttle service are top notch.
The casino is clean, and when we visited, the smoke was not to bad.
We would give then 10 stars if we could

Went to the Jackson Rancheria General Store.
Drive my RV through their car wash. It chemically burned my RV. $22,000.00 damage was done. Immediately got in touch with them. Filed a Tort/Claim. Denied my claim , basically called me a liar and the damage must have been done previously. Then told me they are a TRIBE and cannot be sued in state or federal court. I guess that means they are not responsible for anything. Pictures enclosed. Beware!

This review is for the RV park!

What a find this was - it is one of the nicest RV parks we've ever stayed in. In fact, the desk clerk told us they had just received the prestigious Good Sam "10-10-10" award which means they are one of the best RV parks in the entire nation. (Only about 10 parks in the USA have earned this award.)

Overall, this park is just lovely. It's located up on a hill with great views all around and is very quiet. The spaces are large with nice green lawns in between, although the trees are still young enough to not provide much shade. At the back of all the back-in spaces there is a wide expanse of lawn. All pads are concrete and there is 50 amp service plus good fast free wi-fi and of course cable TV. There is plenty of room for big rigs.

There are lots of walking trails all around the park, a nice large swimming pool, two spas, a big clubhouse, sparkling clean laundry, dog runs. They have a free 24-hour shuttle to the casino and buffet.

The only thing I'd count them down on is the entrance. You drive up a fairly steep hill and if it's busy, you'll need to park on the hill, so make sure your parking brake holds well.

They are very fussy about their septic system, so at check-in, you are given a bottle of their eco-friendly tank treatment which they ask that you use. Then, after all the paperwork is done, you drive to the dump station near the office, and the fellow dumps your tanks for you. Even if you tell them you've just dumped them that morning, they still do it.

The price for this nice park was only $36 per night, after our Good Sam discount. They also give AAA and AARP discounts, and do not charge extra for pets.

We're already planning to return :-)
