Looking for nothing but peace and quiet, we decided to spend a few days in Julian. Based on the reviews on TripAdvisor we decided to stay at Eaglenest Bed and Breakfast. We could not have chosen better. Unlike the other true bed and breakfasts in Julian, Eaglenest is actually in town, just a block off Main Street. We chose the...

We were long overdue for a vacation and my husband surprised me with a long weekend retreat there at the Eaglenest Bed and Breakfast with Jim and Julie as our hosts. Not to mention the most adorable golden retrievers to meet us and make us welcome. This was our first experience with a B&B and were fell in love with...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in the Summer room. Jim and Julia were very, very welcoming and accommodating - we both instantly felt at ease and at home here! It felt like we had known them for ages. Homemade cookies were in a jar for snacks, candy bowls throughout the house, a refrigerator stocked up with...

We stayed for one night in the Summer and Winter rooms. Everyone in our party was over the moon at the quality of accommodations when we arrived. It is located off the main drag but was in easy walking distance to everything. The proprietors were quite welcoming and we felt as though they were genuinely interested in the quality of...

Everything was clean, attractive and well appointed. lovely pool facilities and friendly golden retrievers for the pet deprived. Wonderful place to relax but must love dogs. Jim and Julia were great hosts and we loved their three Golden's. All rooms large and nicely decorated. Worth spending a little extra for the Spring room - includes two rooms - bedroom with fireplace and private bath and separate sitting room with lots of windows. Beds very comfortable and home cooked...

We have recently stayed at the Eaglenest Bed and Breakfast and are long standing visitors for 10+ years. Why do we keep coming back? Because we feel so pampered and refreshed after every stay. As San Diegans, my husband and I enjoy the simplicity of a one hour drive to Julian to get away to the country town of Julian...

I've stayed at Eaglenest B&B several times a year for years now, but have never stayed at the Eagle in the Pines cabin. My brother and I were looking for a bit of post holiday relaxation after Christmas, so we were delighted to spend several days at the cabin. It truly is a home away from home experience. What made...

In mid Sept. 2012 we stayed at The Eaglenest, it was our first experience staying at a B&B. And let me tell you it was exceptional! Our welcome from Jim (Julie was out of town for a wedding) and the dogs was warm and friendly. We stayed in the summer room and felt at home instantly. It was spacious, inviting...
