This place was welcoming and is easy to find. Its a good place to stay just away from the sea front but within 5 minutes walking time. The small restaurant provides basic but adequate food. Quite often just had the breakfast. I recommend here.

My friend and I were looking for budget accommodation due to planned trips to islands therefore would be absent for some of the nights. The guesthouse was fine. Friendly staff saying hello from the restaurant as we walked out in the mornings. The beds were completely acceptable. The bathroom was fine and toothbrushes paste soap provided. Air conditioning worked fine,...

My 2 friends stayed here for 3 nights and paid $10 each and told me the guest house was quite noisy in the afternoons there. However the price was good so I checked in, the guest house family owners would sit in the restaurant area and make so much noise, speaking very loud and their children screaming and running around,...

We stayed 2 nights just because we were too lazy to shlep. The room looked fishy, with not fresh sheets, stuffy, no air. Both fans didn't work. The first night were reluctant to sleep on the sheets, so we just slept on top of the blanket, and we were lucky. The second night my girlfriend woke up all itching and...

They also have a restaurant with very reasonable prices and good food. The room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels every day as well (which is not usual...

We originally booked a fan room and after 1 night we could not bare the heat and for $5 more we were able to upgrade to an air con room which was perfect. The room itself is basic but all you need. Includes a fridge and TV. The bathroom was good, hot water always working. The guesthouse is family run...

The room we stayed in was big (had 2 doubles!) and very clean. The room was tidied every day for us which is a luxury we are not used to in Cambodia! Shower was clean and easy to use. Only downside is there is no natural light as the window was tinted and we couldn't open it so the room...
