Be carrefull if you take a room in this guesthouse, we've been stolen during the night. Windows don't lock. We found many people's credit cards in the plants close the rooms, so it's common there!!!!!!

This guesthouse is pretty horrible. I had to stay here as it hadn't booked anywhere and when I got to Sihanoukville it was the only place I could find with room. There was a reason for this. In my room we didn't have a fan that worked and the heat was unbearable. Also our shower head wouldn't attach to the...

Read all negative reviews about this place and times by 10. Not even funny to think the owner actually bothers letting people pay reasonable amounts of money to stay here. No toilet seat on toilet laughed when I mentioned it tv broken lock on door didnt work properly no clean towels or bedding.

The place is being managed by a group of rude russians who drink 24/7, offer you all kind of drugs and lack any kind of hygiene standards. We stayed there only because it was a holiday weekend and everywhere else was fully booked. The mattress and pillows smelled, there were spiders everywhere and the bathroom had lots of humidity. us$7...

This place - wow. Not worth getting into why we were staying there but suffice to say: really disgusting, weird mismatched sheets. Patio furniture falling apart. Management creepy and rude for most part. We were there in July, during rainy season, and if the rain got really bad, the ceiling started dripping onto the bed and the walls darkened. Mildewy....

Do not stay at this guesthouse. It has recently been taken over by Russian owners, who have failed to maintain any kind of sanitary in the rooms. Walls were fully damp, which had spread to the mattress and the pillows. Rooms were filthy - two other people we were travelling with found somewhere else to stay without a refund because...

I don't think any attempt was made to clean the room before we arrived. We were so tired from back packing that we threw our bags in the room and left to go eat and relax and didn't realise until we came back at night at the extent of the filth, just disgusting. All linen was dirty, dirty towels covering...

Everything about the room was exceptionally dirty - the walls, the floors, the bed sheets didnt look like they had ever been changed - covered in dirt, holes and stains! I picked my a manky pillow to find at least 20 ants crawling around underneath it! There was no mosquito net and big gaps around the door so we had...
