This place used to be in good shape few years back, but it seems the owner hasn't put any efforts fixing it. However, it's affordable for a close proximity to the beach. I am not quite sure if they still have rooms w. AC tho.

I stayed here two nights and then left my backpack at the hotel reception while I went over night to Koh Rong Sanloem. When I returned it was clear that my bag had been opened as several clips were undone and a tiny tear in the liner had become a large tear. I looked through the bag and couldnt ork...

Rhe rooms here are Clean and cheap . The friendly staff were helpful with directions to local sites and restaurants. I5 is situated right on the beach so the view from the front bar is great. The beds aren't very comfortable. The hotel is located close to boat pier for those who plan on going to Koh Rong. The location...

Sure , you get what you pay for. This place is perfectly positioned, clean and affordable. The staff ore ok but can be quite rude sometimes. Our breakfast order was wrong. While they were redoing the order, my friend who speaks Khmer could hear the staff insulting us even though it was them who got the order wrong.

Spent two nights at House of Malibu in the middle of march 2015 with a friend. We chose the place because of the location and cheapish room. First room's shower was clogged, so it flooded, and the reception guy couldn't sort it out so he arranged another room. Next room was a bit rundown but good enough for our needs....

we arrived in Sihanoukville a few days before Chinese NY, on a spur-of-the-moment trip for 2 nights, and didn't have any accommodation booked. We've been to sihanoukville literally dozens of times over the past decade or so, but unfortunately this time, all of our usual go-to sleeping places around serendipity and otres were booked out, as were the 3 new...

It always amazes me why properties with great locations are the worst. This place is falling apart. Dirty filty room. If they spent money on the place, it could be brilliant. Cut my hand open on razor wire fence first night there. I payed for the upstairs seaview room. Why have razor wire on a staircase???? I have stayed in...

Gang, this is a cute hotel right on the beach. Couldn't be a better location. Many of the hotels in this area are backpacker types, and this is one of them. However, as you can see, I have traveled and can sleep most anywhere. The bathroom wasn't cleaned for some time. And don't give me a room with the sheets...

As others have said, this hotel is 20 years out of date by design and specification. As a builder I can confirm many dangerous problems, including fuse boxes with the front cover missing, to rusted through safety railings. Its only saving grace is the beach location. I have just paid $140 for 4 days, and did not even have fresh...

I was happy with this place even though it is little more expensive than alot of similar places. However NOTHING good can be said after i was thrown out in the evening because one of the reception staff had forgotten that i had already paid for my night there in the morning. While younger guy seemed nice enough the older...
