Perfect location to Jigokudani and shops, amazing onsen with numerous sections, hearty breakfast spread, efficient service across reception/housekeeping/valet/room service/etc, immaculate rooms. Of extra note was the inroom-dining meal that we had - warm efficient service, delicious food, beautifully-presented!
Hotel is located at a convenient location, once step out the hotel the Onsen Street is step away. Cosmetic store, 7-11, SeicoMart, and souvenir shops. Also steps from the Hell Valley.

Everything about our stay here was fantastic, can't recommend this place enough. The staff are all very polite, friendly, helpful, and most speak passable English. Buffet dinner and breakfast was the most diverse I have had in Japan. Good options for vegetarians and meat eaters...More

Google for the train schedule to noboribetsu. The advise is to stay for one more night at Sapporo. As Noboribetsu is quite rural and not sure is there transport to bring you to the station unless the hotel can arrange shuttle for you. I booked my stay with Dai-Chi Takimotokan through Japanican and they will be able to help to arrange a shuttle from Sapporo bus station to the hotel (2pm pickup and arrival at 4pm). For your consideration. Hope this helps
