We were scheduled to stay 3 nights while visiting SD. I ended up in the Hospital for 2 of those nights. My wife felt very safe while I was gone. The Trolley Stop is a little sketchy at the west end of the park. There is a gate to keep homeless out. Since SD is a Navy town there are...

I like the park and the amenities although we did find it expensive for the regular daily rate. It was well cared for and loved that it was well within walking distance to the MTS trolley station. The only drawback to the park is that it is next to the freeway and can be quite noisy. As far as "undesirables"...

Hi, thank you for the review. We really appreciate the comments about the service level you received and will be sure to pass that along to the staff. Nice to hear that you were able to use our convenient gate right to the trolley station next door. We hope you visit again. Safe travels,

We spent just one nite here. Lots of long term people staying, but we still got a great site (#75) by the creek, it was the quietest area I believe. Fealt very secure with everything very fenced in, security cameras at gate by the trolley station, so the management must have listened to the guy that lost his mtn bike....

Yes it was a nice campground until my very expensive mt. bicycle was stolen right from my RV site. The people at the front desk did not tell me to be careful about my belongings when we checked in for the week. Their explanation was it's probably just all the homeless people that hang around the train station next door...

I’m sorry that to hear your experience with us was less than desirable. I’m glad you enjoyed our property until this happened. We truly are sorry to hear about it. San Diego RV Resort has a great location for taking advantage of all San Diego has to offer especially being located next door to the trolley Station, Unfortunately, even in...

Directly on the Interstate 8, very very noisy!! Unfriendly neighbors. But the amenities like bathroom and pool are ok. We had travel around the WestCoast for 4 weeks, this was one of the worsest RV Places we had. Especially because of the noise, never again for this price!!!

Our late check in was problem free. Maneuvering our 42 foot toy hauler in the resort was a bit tricky. Our space was in the east part of the resort which had its own entrance. On the resort map is showed streets without obstacles. I usually plan out a route so I don't run into situations where I have to...

We stayed 2 nights at the rv park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restrooms are kept clean, nice showers as well. There is a small basic gym and nice pool. The trolley is close (we stayed in space 52), allot an hour travel time from the rv park to get to the downtown area. This is a...

We spent 3 weeks at the San Diego RV Resort. The staff were friendly and very competent. The resort is clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and a good size. It very close to the San Diego trolley station which will take you all over city and down to the Mexican border. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the gated section on east side of creek. It was ok better I think then the main RV park would have been. The location is good with shopping, food stores, restaurants close by. Green line trolley half mile with parking lot will take you to a lot of the areas you may want to visit. The price...
