Stayed at the resort on 11/23, and despite dropping in late in the evening without a reservation, Kenneth was very accommodating in getting us checked into a RV site. He also went out of his way to lend us some lubricant, to help us fix a sticking ignition switch in our van. THANK YOU KENNETH... you saved our trip!! The...

This resort hit the nail on the head for our fishing club of 20 or so guys twice a year. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and close to really good trout fishing. The management went out of their way to take care of us and I am sure we will be back.

Been spending a week here every year since 1989. Couldn't make it this year for the full week. On June 1st we requested a refund of our $323.50 deposit which has been on their books for many years. (Each year we paid the full week's rate upon departure and rolled the deposit over). Still no refund, but lots of excuses...

Memorial Day Weekend May 2015. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. This place USED TO BE wonderful. All the previous reviews of how wonderful the managers WERE was somewhat correct. The new owner (now 5 years) has consistently driven out every good and viable employee of the resort. None of the managers stay employed. They all quit because of overwork, underappreciated and underpaid....

Above all else, this is a resort for fishing, relaxing, quiet, and did I say fishing? The cabin we stayed in was clean and well stocked. The management team was very helpful, especially with fishing information. Early in the morning, several deer stopped by, and they got so close we could almost pet them.

I went up north on advice from my friend and found that this place was far better than words. The best place for a person who is fed up of city life, this place made me feel i was back in some other century. I would definitely go back with all my family and friends together. The staff was amazing...

We have been going to Lakeview for Thanksgiving since my sons were about 5yrs and 9yrs. They are 31 and 35 now. My whole family has been going there for years. We love it the way it is, that is why we go there. Herb is gone now and new owners have taken over. We HOPE that the new owner...

My friends and i go on a yearly week long trip every summer. Two years ago we went to Lakeview Terrace Resort and had a good time. When we returned this summer it was a GREAT experience. The Cabins had been painted and clean up, and even more improvements had been started. The best part though was the new manger...

The cabins are historic mining era buildings, so they are basic, but well appointed (esp. the kitchen - everything you need and more), well maintained with new flooring and paint, and very clean. The cabins are situated "stadium-like" on levels on a hillslope overlooking the lake, so there are views of the lake from nearly every cabin, and reasonably good...
