What a perfect way to end our vacation. We hit this place twice both being by accident. The second time was in 2014 after retirement with the 50-State Quest having been completed in 2001. But this review will be the first time 2 decades earlier in May of ((1994 not 2016)) being our anniversary. This was on our way back...

My hubby and I took my mom here for dinner at her recommendation as she lives in the area. The inn restaurant is quite stunning with the small bar area overlooking the sea and the main dining area looking over a beautiful garden. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the Salmon with polenta and creamed spinach and the...

3rd year we've stayed at one of their oceanfront cottages across from main hotel. Unobstructed ocean view and sound of the crashing waves is spectacular. Private, immaculate, great staff, full services.

We have been coming here for many years, usually twice year sometimes more during Abalone season. We like to stay in the older section, beautiful view while sitting on your front porch sipping on a nice wine, friends next door sharing a common porch. Food is good but you have to eat Oly's pancakes, a crepe type that melts in...

This trip was a spur of the moment relaxing getaway and wouldn't of wanted to stay anywhere else. Very tranquil as is the way of life in this sleepy little town. After experiencing car trouble and being stranded for 24 hours, I decided to treat myself to a massage. All I can say is OMG. This was the best, most...

I wanted to spend some time on the coast of California and watch the waves crash against the rocks. "Who Doesn't Right?" So I'm looking around Mendocino because I've always had a great time there and I see the "Little River Inn" has a crab feed. "A Crab Feed and Waves Crashing!" Well I booked the room and we tried...

We tend to visit Little River Inn every year at the beginning of the year. No different in early 2017. You can't beat the view from Little River Inn; the reason we keep returning. We've looked at rooms in other nearby inns but nothing has come close to the views from Little River. The proprietors keep the Inn clean and...

My wife and I spent two nights here this week after braving the torrential rains to get there. The only road open was highway 20. We arrived after lunch were able to get into our room. A very large Ocean View room with a spa and fireplace. The room was very well appointed and clean. The room was on a...

Just needed to get away and chose this little gem for an overnighter. We have eaten in their restaurant before and was never disappointed so decided to stay in the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area and very accomodating. We were given a traditional oceanview room and were not disappointed. Rooms are spacious...
