Me and my family stayed here for about a month, and the first night we walked in, their where cobwebs everywhere. Outside the room their were also a lot of spiders. The rooms also look a lot better in the pictures then in real life. Would not recommend.

I'm so sorry that you did not enjoy your long-term stay with us and that there were issues with spiders and cobwebs. We do try to make every effort to prevent outside pests from entering the rooms, but sometimes our exterior entrances make that difficult. I've spoken with our Executive Housekeeper in regards to the cobwebs in the rooms and...

A group of us stayed here prior to visiting LLNL, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a Residence Inn, it's a slightly older place but perfectly OK, and being able to relax and cool off in the pool was nice. The room we were in had pretty comprehensive kitchen facilities which would have been handy for a longer stay,...

I don't stay at Resident Inn's very often but I pleasantly surprised to find the room was great, a little dated but just fine for the 2 nights I was there. I got upgraded so I had a 2 story room with 2 queen beds and 2 full baths. One was upstairs and one was down with the kitchen etc......

For the second year the CU Buffalo's Women's Gulf Team made it to the PAC 12 we stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott 1000 Airway Blvd. Livermore, Cal. It has units we had the up stair level. It didn't look all that from the outside but it was nice inside. There was a full kitchen stove refrigerator micowave dish washer...

We stayed with our 2 kids, location is easy to get to and is quiet. However, rooms have been well-loved to put it nicely. Everything is old and worn. Our room was clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning, lots of choices.

Hi goodsarah03, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that the furnishings and décor were worn in the room, but I am glad that you found everything clean and quiet, and that you were able to enjoy our yummy breakfast buffet. Kids often love our Belgian Waffle Bar! Thank you for...

Most Residence Inns are very high in quality and furnishings. The one in Livermore-Pleasanton is less so. Although the staff members were uniformly pleasant and efficient, the room did not seem clean and had a beer-like smell. Also, most hotels in the area, this one included, seem inappropriately expensive, given the relatively rural location. Here, the breakfast was abundant and...

Dear Gary H, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I'm so sorry that the room did not meet expectations, especially in regards to cleanliness and odor. I will be sure to pass along this information to our Housekeeping Manager, but if you have the time to contact me directly with your room and stay...

What a disappointment. We chose this Residence Inn since my dear wife and I were attracted to wine tasting and dinner at Wente Vineyards (about 15 mins away). We have stayed at Residence Inns for years and haven't ever been disappointed before. We view them as above average hotels for an above average price. This one has the latter but...

We're sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that the bathroom did not meet expectations. The square footage of our Studio Suites (over 500 sqft) is amongst the largest of standard-type hotel rooms in the area, so while the bathroom may have been smaller than your liking I hope you found the living area of the...

This is definitely an older Residence Inn that could use some updating. However, if you don't mind the retro vibe , it is a nice place to stay. The housekeeping was well done. I didn't have a chance to eat at the hotel so I can't speak on the food. The customer service in the evening was excellent. The front...

The hotel is the same as any Residence Inn. Close to the freeway and Livermore Labs. The hotel room has a full kitchen and large desk making it great for business travel. The fitness room is small, but functional. Breakfast bar was served in the morning with a variety of offerings.

“We had a ground level room for our 1 year old granddaughter and an end unit. A just now open park , grand opening today, 2/28/2015, for the kids, soccer fields, basketball courts, large grassy area that some were flying kites a large dog park at the back of the park. This is located possibly 1/2 mile from the hotel and in a upscale residential area. A little windy due to a wind storm coming in that night but also, on top of a hill that has exquisite views of Livermore and the hills.”
