In the past we were treated very good. We came tonight to after receiving one of their promotions of a discounted room. The lady all of a sudden demanded immediate payment. I informed her we had traveled over two hours She stated she was taking our room although I stated we would be arriving shortly to take care of the...

I liked the hotel overall, however, I would very much like to see them over a continental breakfast with the price of the room. I always enjoy going down to get a few things and bring them back to the room---how 'bout you? Everyone at the front desk was courteous....will probably be back

Super comfortable rooms. Good food. Good service at check in and in the restaurant. Very overpriced. We don't gamble. Our group stayed here for a local event in the area, otherwise we would have stayed some place less expensive. Not pet friendly either.

If you are visiting the Bear River Casino be sure to enjoy a dinner at the Bear River Casino Hotel dining room. Great menu. Service was very good. Wine list is not too bad. Avoid the "Mojito's", worst we have had but this was only downside.

Good price, clean rooms but no frills. Small place with a good restaurant in the lobby. Some staff are good, some a great and some are snooty. Good clean safe place to stay. But very generic. Ocean view is a fog view most days do not pay for it.

We did a coastal trip and this was one of our pit stops. Stayed one night. Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy but had strong perfumed odor smell. Smell was so strong it gave me a headache. Windows do open a little so was able to get aired out. Called front desk and was told it was a cleaning product....

Thanksgiving and a 12 our drive, brought us to town. We came in on a special room, gaming and food/drink deal. Enjoyed the stay so much, we've been back a couple times a year since the hotel opened. Even brought the parents. They LOVED IT! Newer property with exceptionally clean quiet rooms. All the little amenities you could imagine. In...

On the return from a business trip north we stayed at this casino 1) because friends live fairly near and we met up with them and 2) we could drop a few quarters. A Sunday night off season made it a quiet night. The room was a comfortable size and very clean but we were met with a rather strong...

We had the opportunity to stay 2 nights at the Bear River Casino Hotel. The hotel has four floors accessible by elevator. Our room was comfortable and the bed was exceptionally soft. We slept great. Amenities included a big flat screen TV, in room internet and room service (food and drink) if desired. Staff were very friendly and made every...

We stayed here one night while meeting family on the coast. The check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The restaurant was very good; I had the spinach salad with fruit for dinner. The next morning I enjoyed an amazing fruit bowl and whole-grain toast. We did wait a bit long for...
