The hotel is nice, good location for work and meetings at the convention center, nice fitness room. There is a pool, it's better suited to kids playing, not great for lap swim, but the biggest surprise was that they charged me for internet! A hotel in this price range should come with internet access included.

The lobby is very beautiful and refreshing. The service was great, I didn't bother to tell them my SPG number because I travel less these days but the front desk figured out my SPG membership on their own. The room was nicely appointed, spacious, comfortable. The location is also great, right in the heart of long beach, within walking distance...

Recently stayed at the Westin for a meeting held at the convention center. I was not impressed when I checked in, but the hotel grew on me. The Platinum SPG upgrade was trivial, although it did allow for a 4pm checkout. Overall, the hotel service was good, but the rooms were a bit dated. The bar was enclosed and not...

My wife and recently stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is located on the main downtown street (Ocean Blvd) in Long Beach. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. There is mostly office buildings and condo towers near by. Restaurants and other things are a 10 minute walk or so. The hotel...

Here for a meeting and stayed at a hotel close to the convention center. Short walk and very easy access. Also right across from the Performing Arts Center. Rooms are either looking at the ocean (desirable) or not (not desirable). We actually moved out of a suite looking away to a smaller room looking at the water and were very...

Probably the most disappointing Westin I've ever stayed at. While the staff is very kind, the hotel which sits on a main street of Long Beach, walking distance from the wharf and water, is in major need of upgrading! The rooms are dreary and I'm sad to report that the room I ended up staying in after a room switch...

The room was really nice with great views. Perhaps the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, wow! The TV was a bit a small for a hotel room in my opinion but other than that, the room was superb and clean. I didn't like the expensive parking or the fact that you couldn't even use the computers in the...

I was happy to stay here - nice beds. Generally good level of service. Drinks at the bar were very very weak. I was dismayed to watch the bartender ADD water to my old fashioned. Who does that!!? Note: there's a ton of free on-street overnight parking close by. Long Beach doesn't start checking meters until 9AM.

Hotel is located in a great spot on one of the major streets running east and west (Ocean Blvd). You're about a 10minute walk from the beach, and situated in a 5 minute walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants. The hotel itself could use an update - bathrooms, carpets in the rooms, etc. Parking under the hotel is...

Here for a small conference (200 people). This is standard fare all around - which isn't bad. Just that standard expected (if forgettable) hotel stay. Small gift/sundry shop which is a little undersized for the hotel, and the single hotel restaurant/bar is also forgettable but had decent service. Some of the common areas are a little dated, but the room...
