I chose this property because it caters to singles and couples and is located in a choice location of Long Beach. The home is immaculately maintained and exudes the charm of an earlier time. Rooms are small, but functional and your host, Pat, prepares a wonderful breakfast each morning. Each guest has a parking place in the alley parking area...

This was such a quaint old place. The host is wonderful! Great breakfast, clean rooms & walking distance to many great places to eat. We were just a short drive from many of the Long Beach tourist attractions. I slept like a baby, and would stay here again for sure!

I will stay at Pat's whenever I visit my son and daughter-in-law. Pat is delightful and welcoming. The inn is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Breakfast is great. She really prepares a terrific meal. I really enjoyed having coffee on the enclosed patio.

We booked this B and B strictly on the reviews on TripAdviser and we're very happy we did. We felt at home here. We were treated so warmly by Pat and her daughter Courtney. The breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from. Our room was small, but very comfortable and clean, with good storage. They have available a great...

My partner and I were visiting Long Beach to visit family and found the Beachrunner B&B as the perfect location for our four night stay. The host and her family were great and very accommodating. The common rooms, back patio and the neighborhood are all very welcoming. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, quiet reading areas, breakfast, coffee and the newspaper each...

We loved the history and beauty of this house and our room was immaculately clean, with all the amenities. Pat, the owner, was very nice, and made us feel welcome. She has done an excellent job of maintaining the integrity of this Craftsman home. We were very pleased with our accommodations and would happily return; the price was great considering...

What a great place to stay in Long Beach! We had a rather large party that reserved the whole B&B for the first night and 4/5's of it for the second night. We also were on a very weird schedule, as we were working all weekend in Long Beach. The owner, Pat, was absolutely super in supporting our early-out-in-the-morning routine...

The B&B is in a lovely neighborhood filled with gorgeous Craftsman-style homes. It was lovely to walk around. It was also very convenient for going further afield - we got to LAX in about 30 minutes. We walked to dinner all 4 nights we were there - Cafe Piccolo and Lola's are highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated...

I enjoyed staying here for two nights. As the other reviews mentioned, the B&B is clean and comfortable. Pat and Courtney own and operate the B&B, live on premises, provide a nice breakfast (much more than standard continental breakfasts, including custom omeletes), and gladly answered questions about visiting Long Beach. The vicinity is not the best part of town, but...

This is a lovely bed and breakfast. Our room, the Long Beach room, was on the second floor with a distant view of the beach, which is about two blocks away. Although a bit small, it was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. It is about a ten-minute drive to the marina and downtown area.
